To answer your question at 1:07, it called neuroplasticity. typically when you're younger, your brain is more "plastic" able to learn new things at a faster rate. its why your always see some random teenagers come out of nowhere playing at professional levels.

How you hold your mouse is a huge part of it, and I’m not talking about mouse grip either I’m talking the amount of pressure not exactly the hand pressure but the fingers on the sides I’ve noticed a massive improvement by only having my thumb touch the pad and theirs a certain amount of tiny pressure you do with the thumb it’s like having floaty aim but your in full control of it, take with this what you will wish I could show you all what I mean, I can confirm this works with any grip

As my (other) coach said, gaining strength is a marathon, not a sprint - not to mention that people past 25 have their neuroplasticity decreasing with age, so it will take longer 95% of the time for adults past uni

This video was an absolute banger I have one question, should I train scenarios with movement more? Because the games i play involves a lot of movement I see some of your playlists are entirely movement based, do they cover pretty much everything?
@4bangerkovaaks
@4bangerkovaaks 4 месяца назад
YES. Movement is SUPER powerful, I personally do ALL my smoothness staionary and all my reactive as movement now. And you can really feel a difference in game. Start with the easy stuff. Like Amphi, Close LS Dodge Easy etc

Are there any guides for when you should use each muscle group while aiming? For example when tracking a fast moving target should you move your arm and wrist at the same time if you can or is best to just move ONLY your arm to track? Or here’s another example let’s say there’s a slow moving target,to track it should I use both my wrist and fingers or ONLY use fingers to track. I’ve been struggling with this for months,my aim just always feels so clunky and I really struggle to stay on the targets I try to track. There’s no fluidity after about 200 hours of aim training.

Boss - how to transfer my „aim” into actual game I mean - I feel confident in aimtrainer, but I don’t feel confident and I even use different mechanics (like arm tracking in kovaak and wrist tracking in game) - how can I transfer it to actual game :(

I understand my friend, a lot of time we overestimate your own skill. And we also don't diversify our aim nor attack our weaknesses while still focusing on fundamentals. It also takes time, we can't think of aimtraining as a instant result thing, but it takes time. Especially if you do'nt know where you're going, which is where coaching really comes to play!

Hey so a very weird niche problem but i aim train on my laptop cuz i have access to it for most part of the day and omly get pc which i play my original game on at night. But my aim on pc is absolute dogshit compared to pc eve with same mouse same sens and even having better specs on pc
@michaelschwarz5907
@michaelschwarz5907 4 месяца назад
why don't you try to get a direct comparison with laptop and pc, warmed up and with the same playlist? if you find great disparity between the two, something in your setup is different and it messes with your consistency. if that's not the case maybe the scenarios you are playing are not catered towards the aim mechanics in the game you are playing or do not target your weaknesses. some people also play different i game due to pressure, usually their tension management goes out the window. some panic/instinct type of reactions/jerky movement may also mess up your aim.

@@michaelschwarz5907 so the thing is my pc is 144hz monitor anf laptop is 60hz smaller screen but my aim is better with laptop (techniqur amd smoothness) but similar scores on both cuz of the monitor differece even with worse aim on pc. Same mousr and mousepad, same sens, same kovaaks playlist. Only difference i can think of is different table and posture? Would that mean my laptop posture is better or just cuz i have more actual aim trainig time on laptop setup
@michaelschwarz5907
@michaelschwarz5907 4 месяца назад
@@snuffy4992 are your elbows spread out further to the sides? is the top 3rd of the monitor higher than your eye level? try to google some videos about good posture for gaming and overall office work. looking down into a laptop screen is definitely not good. also if you have the same scores, how do you define better smoothness and technique? like how do the mistakes change according to the different setup and also how does it feel when making mistakes. like do you feel like you have to compensate for something due to the setup? this is all not easy to figure out without a video or a picture of the 2 setups. maybe you take a picture of each and compare them yourself. if the table is too high, your elbows are spread further apart and that makes aiming quite a bit harder(at least for me). quick solution would be to adjust your chair and getting a footrest so your feet are planted firmly on the ground. also, all of that still doesn't exclude that you react differently ingame compared to the aimtrainer, so keep an eye out for that. also do you play on different resolutions? because sens also changes due to that. just check if you have the same cm/360.

Almost certainly a posture issue
