How to jungle in Season 14? Well this video will let you know what you need to be aware of in the early game in 14.1.

I've noticed from playing around 10 games that I feel like there's less no down time as a jungler. I get surprised when baron spawns because I feel like I've been playing for five minutes

I know right, I just feel like that I'm always running and no matter how fast I am, there's always an objective I have to runs towards to until you suddenly are in late game and everyone's TFing

Feels exhausting when then all 3 lanes are also losing or won't rotate to the new objectives.

This, I gank top,get the first Void grubs, rotate mid and bot, recall to buy, enemy jungle took second void grubs. It all happens so fast hahaha

You got downtime before? When? In between the leashing support stealing the kill on your blue buff, all three lanes dying and flaming you, the enemy mid invading you and killing you on gromp and the enemy toplane rotating down to kill you on crab despite not even having prio?

The first void grub of the camp that you take only gives you 155 xp or more and the next 2 grubs give 75 xp or more each. The reason why you got over 300 xp was because it was the first jungle camp that you took that game. You can see that you started the video with 0 CS. You can test more in game or check the lol wiki to fact check. The 3 jungle items' descriptions state that the first large monster that you kill gives you 150 bonus xp. This is to get you to lvl 2 after first camp clear.

The tiamat feels kinda good, imo. Having the active back doesn't force me to have extra points on W. I like it.

yeh it feels nice for clearing camps but i swear i clear multiple monster camps quicker now (krugs, raps, wolves), and tiamat does nothing until item is upgraded so kills are hard to come by

I was wondering what do you do if you have losing top bot? Often I have top / bot losing their 1v1/2v2s and its hard to decide how to play the game especially when I had made my pathing based on matchups. Had a trundle be 0/3/0 and never rotate vs a shen. Furthermore, if my topside is winning but not rotating, should I just give up void grubs then as well?

hello, the camp doesn't got anymore 4m respawn per monster, but for the whole camp ànd it start when the third one is done.

Anyone feeling jungle weaker? The last 6 games I played, i was running recklessly through the map and somehow i still failed objectives and had much less influence on the map than before

Nah. You're just playing poorly. If you want to improve your jungling and you aren't Diamond, then you have massive shortcomings in your gameplay. Reviewing your own games for mistakes is crucial to learning and watching good junglers play the game is also just as important. I was D3 last season and will get coaching to Masters this season for reference.

I think there's just more to do and more to track.get comfortable with the new map and you'll do better. You definitely have to completely relearn ganking and invading routes which could be a lot of your pain.

They made vision to stop ganks much much easier so your ganks aren't getting as much bang for their buck. I tend to clear wards, go do my camps, and then look for ganks now. Essentially, your early game gabks are actually taking out vision now. If you don't you Mine as well not gank at all cause it will not be successful.

Nope. Jungle in this 14.1 patch is very menacing especially the botside map change makes it really punishable for botlane if they're not investing in early pink wards. Switching to red trinkets when rotating to drake in 5-7 mins makes it really great for perfectly sweeping wards. Level 3 ganks in midlane when they're level 2. Or being level 4 after full clearing. Then resetting to contest for drake or voidgrubs. What's even best is that Jungle Invades are INSANELY effective because you're stronger to contest voidgrubs. Making you level 6 almost the same of solo laners. IF you compare last season was horrible, you sucessfully invade but you don't get rewarded with no real leads after and you're falling behind XP because of the "Phreak Nerfs" So having voidgrubs is an option to actually a way to catch up to broken solo laner xp.

Does shac feel weaker to you at the mo? Feel like movement speed has become more important than ever to clear larger distances across lanes. What do you think? Would love to see a new shac guide once you get a feel for the season

midlane bushes are further into the river, but the map is the same size. you take the same time as before to cross from krugs to gromp.

I tested XP, they each give 156? Or what am I missing. You talked abt 300/75 respectively if I didn't mistunderstand something?

what happens if the enemy jungler takes 1 and leaves then you take 1? do you both get 300 xp for your first one

Why doesnt the duo lane go top instead of bot to control grubs. Enemy team would be forced to swap too because 2v1 lane with grubs will take first tower. As a result it should be meta that both duo lanes start top.

this is a good idea tbh, but probably better if they move through mid to go to grubs if they have to, so that way they can always go back bot if they’re not needed

to be honest this season is just getting ur mage or adc fed and that's it. Jungler role is slowly coming to an end, dude i am perma getting fed and abusing and still not able to carry any games cuz adc and mages literally os anyone no matter what. Ganks are harder to do, grubs are doable only with super early prio of top/mid so if you have bad matchups in lanes is pretty much impossible to do, herald spawns soo late which makes dives more rare and gold lead as jungler way less efficient. Basically only junglers winning are the ones who can get fed their dps teammates... i did a game with mumu 4 drakes 2 grubs 1 herald and nashor and lost to a bel veth 2 12 becuase against there was a Kassadin literally oneshotting anyone no matter what and since now ganks are harder he has all the time to scale.... junglers are garbage why nobody is saying it? and i am dia 1 40LP so i know something it is not just complayin.
