I saw Quiet Riot in the 90's in Boise Idaho. It was a small place. I was amazed by the show. The band kicked ass. I said to my friend after , damn they kicked ass for such a small place. Surprised they did. I guess it's like Alex said , they rocked now matter how big or small the audience was.
