7:40 Quilly needs to venture out to other markets besides just New York. This overreliance is a big reason why Philly rappers can never get on. Rap industry in NYC doesn't even put NY rappers on, they have to blow on their own. Freeway did a tape and an album with The Jacka from the Bay Area. That's a connection I think more Philly and NorCal rappers should have built upon. Philly rappers need to collab with artists from the DMV. These just make sense stylistically and culturally but I don't see why we can't get it.
