Cute! Another idea for making & securing the fangs would be prismatic craft paper cut to a little long triangular fang shape. Then remove the eye pin, slide fang in place and secure fang by reinserting the eye pin which pierces the fang holding the fang in place- no glue needed. Nicely done tutorial ❣️👍 🦇

❤ your videos, have been making these for 8 years now, but just the basic balls. I love the great variety. How much total fabric did you purchase, I found the fabric on Etsy, and where do you get your dressmaker pins? Again thanks for the videos, you do a fabulous job.

Thank you! For an ornament like this, you won't need more than 1/4 yard. You can find dress maker pins in the notions department of most craft stores, but you can also by them by the pound here: theornamentgirl.com/blog/bulk-pins-dressmaker-size-17

I don’t see 3” soft foam balls for sale on your website, just the grab bags of imperfects. Am I missing them ?

Hi Suzy... we're experiencing some supply shortages right now, but I'm hoping to have them back soon. I'm sorry about that. You can find similar foam balls at places like Hobby Lobby, Joann, and Michaels (and sometimes even Walmart). I hope that helps.

I’ve watched a few quilted ornament videos and it seems they all use 2-1/2x2-1/2 fabric pieces. I’m hoping someone can explain the benefits of the 2x3. Thanks!

I started using the 2x3s a really long time ago for a few reasons. I fold the rectangles differently than the traditional way of folding the squares. The sides will reach down further, and since you aren't folding them completely in half first (which seems like a waste to me, since half the fabric would now be underneath), there is also less bulk.
