Enjoyed this wowzer of a video… Angela; your quilting is gorgeous and pairing with Tula is over the top… two fine examples of exceptionally talented women…i wonder what the history will read in a century about the cloth, thread, quilting by Angela Walters and fabric designer Tula Pink 🙌🙌🙌
Angela, you are SO talented! I have been watching your videos from near the beginning and I have learned so much from you! I too thank you for all you have done for the quilt industry and especially for us longarmers ( and domestic machine quilters too). This Tula Pink quilt has to be my favorite….so beautiful and happy😁❤️
Angela, truly your quilting is incredible!! WOW!!! I had to watch today so missed the live, but so enjoy your thought process. Thanks for all you contribute to the quilt world. ❤️👏
Angela, I have never seen this channel before, I used to watch your midnight quilting, I loved this, your quilting is phenomenal. I would like to be able to quilt like this some day. And I loved Tula's pattern and her fabrics, let's be honest to quote you, I LOVED THE ENTIRE THING. Tula is lucky to have you quilting her quilts. And you are blessed to be able to have such gorgeous quilts to play with. Thank you for all you do. Tracy from Idaho 😊
I always love Tula's designs and her bright bold colours! Your quilting as always is clever and inspirational. I can't afford extra fabric right now to get Tula's prints so used my stash, but I was inspired to design a giant fan much like her giant butterfly. It's coming together nicely. Thank you both for sharing what you do!
Could not make it to the quilt walk, hope maybe next year. Tula’s quilt is beautiful - looks like there is a breeze gently moving the flowers. You are a such a joy to follow.
Happy to have received my panel today! 🎉and in watching this video, I thought it interesting that the stems were not quilted vertically. Always amazing to see how you switch directions !
I had hoped to be there for the walk but I still had to get my passport. I found that I didn’t have all the paperwork I needed to get it. Maybe I could get to go to the quilt walk next year or the year after. Thank you for all of your videos. I’m learning so much. I am going to try to quilt my blocks in my QAYG method, since that is the only way I can do my quilting. Thank you for your help and advice on how to quilting.
I can see where attaching the binding on the longarm would be a good way to keep the edges from coming unraveled. I have done that on some king size quilts, because I'm lazy and that's a lot of quilt to get through my domestic to attach binding. I was concerned about it being square, but it was within an inch, and for a king size I'm good with that.
I am sorry I missed the live chat and giveaway yesterday! I spent all afternoon at the eye surgeons where they did some cleanup laser surgery after I had cataract surgery the end of March. I cannot wait to get back to my sewing machine again (after I clean up my sewing space).
