I love your quilt and shawl. The shawl colours are beautiful! I think those fabrics will make lovely shirts too. I think i like crafting so much because it takes my mind away from any negative thoughts or feelings. It's so meditative and the bonus is that you get a beautiful item when it's finished!

Thank you. Sock are easier to knit than I thought. I had never knitted socks until 2 or 3 years ago. And the tiny 9 inch circular makes socks so much easier and faster to knit. I most knit the Crazy Sock Ladies basic Vanilla Sock pattern and there's her step by step RU-vid videos.
I love crafting as it is such an expression of the person behind the creation, I have often found that people who you are drawn to all love the same things, wether it be craft, or collecting shells , seaglass, old bits of china in the dirt, Im now into whittling wood for garden ornaments, love your presentations thanks.
Oh that bed quilt ❤. Yes the hitchhiker colours do suit you well. I have knitted a swatch of mistake stitch ribbing, but not sure if I'm going to proceed. It was the go to pattern my late Mum used for jumpers she made for my large father and brothers. So many projects, so little time. 😊
Hi Barbara, of all the boo boos I've made whilst knitting, I have never knitted a stitch marker into the fabric 😂. What a beautiful Scrappy Quilt on your bed, orchids are flowering, and you have some beautiful projects happening ! ❤❤❤

It amazes me how all the beautiful birds that find their way to your trees and windows are kept as pets here in NZ , currently a rainbow lorieet pair sells for $300 upwards, and a cockatoo from 1,200.00 upwards....
