I’m still going to be stubborn about this until she proves me wrong. In her own words she stated a week or so ago that she thought that the Lions could be a playoff team. I’m not sure that she understands football to be honest. Nor does Mr Wood seem to have a clue which is her number 2 in the org. She fired Quintricia after being embarrassed on national tv and after being called out by several analyst on ESPN. I quite frankly don’t understand why she wasn’t embarrassed prior to the two game losing streak. The Lions have been atrocious all season, even during the games we won. So nope, she needs to prove herself first.

I think Sheila doesn't want the same legacy as her Dad when it comes to owning this team, who would? The mandate was to be playing meaningful games in December and competing for a playoff spot, They aren't. The team was playing bad football after getting back to 3-3, so she dropped the hammer on Quintricia. The right move. She needs Rod Wood to stay out of football decisions, and talk to people who know about making sound football decisions. If she does that, it's even a better step in a positive direction.

The real litmus test here is.... Will they do whatever they have to do, to bring in Eliot Wolf, make him your GM, give him total control, and let him hire a hard coach, and BUILD A WINNING FOOTBALL TEAM. I mean, was it that hard for Sheila to fire Matt Patrica & Bob Quinn? Look at there record since they’ve been here. My 10 year old nephew knows this team blows.
