QUITTING My Job As An Electrician For YouTube! What Am I Thinking?!?!

Imo a good option is to try to make friends and collab with other cycling youtubers and get people to find your channel that way. Do podcasts, go on rides with them, do challenges with them etc. Just a few ideas - hope it helps. 🚀🚀

Really great content yet again Dave, cheers for posting this up. Not going to wish you luck as it were as because you've been a business owner too you & I both know there's absolutely no such thing as 'luck' in its purest form - you only get out what you put in. Having said that I suppose the harder we work the 'luckier' we become. Anyway, it's a great channel & between yourself & Tony yours are the two channels I always look out for updates & new content. Local lad too, albeit we never cross tyre tracks, so it's good to see the local scene doing so well. Seems like the Reifin gang have got some serious horsepower going on this year too, the Blind* is def going to be interesting/painful. *unless you're a northern roadie this will mean FA to you. First rule of the Blind is you NEVER talk about the Blind.

Until I saw this update.....I speculated that you had either had massive buyer's remorse regarding your impulsive Aeroad CFR purchase, or that you'd crashed her into a thousand carbon shards before you could do the review. I'm glad I was wrong on both counts. Amazing garage of equipment you have, three super bikes in your fleet, both your S-Works and the CFR. Seems like you perhaps suffer from that cycling syndrome loosely referred to as "Ideal = N + 1" which afflicts so many. All the best on the YT journey, will be following every step.

Not sure that's a good idea; there are already lots of quality YT cycle channels and YT does not pay much. You are also vulnerable to YT's algorithms which can change without notice as well as their payment policies. (They reduced payments a few years back, and wouldn't surprise me if they do it again).
