Doing 1 week challenge isnt going to show significant changes. You've got to be consistent with healthly diet, exercise and sleep. You'll start to see the difference in a month. Moreover you have to use a cleanser, tretinoin and a moisturizer daily to see the difference in weeks. I would also suggest you to not completely cut off sugar because that's only going to make you crave for more and you'll end up eating more unhealthy. Its always better to have a balanced diet!

@@blossomisnotmyname3218Yes it can be so annoying!! But I’ve learnt over the years to just accept my skin the way it is. And to be honest, I don’t want to be on a super restrictive and healthy diet. I want to be able to eat whatever I feel like eating. I want to not feel forced to work out. I’m in a very chill space with my skin currently, and I’ve just learnt to accept it
