Quitting Tretinoin | Tretinoin destroyed my skin😭😫 

Incorrect way to introduce tretnoin into your routine first 1 a week 2 a week then thirce a week all of a sudden regular use of tretnoin will damage the skin barrier further addition of two or more active in routine . Please give 15to 20 mintues gap inbetween tretnoin and moisturizer layering ..

I think your were tooo harsh on your skin. Using tretinoin and azelic acid and benzac all these treatments might have triggered your skin. You should stick to one active at a time

In your case tret dosent work because probably you are using it wrong!!! 1) Stop using tretinoin every other day/every two days. First simply use it once a week and then after one months use it twice a week. Continue using twice a week for another 2-3 months. 2) Stop using azelaic acid or any other actives with tret!!! This will simply destroy your barrier and make it more breakout prone. 3) first 2-3 months just use tretinoin alone with a active free moisturizer. 4) A simple tretinoin routine should look like this : Tret Night :- double cleansing - a mild regular cleanser - a great moisturizer -tretinoin - another layer of moisturizer Day :- a mild cleanser - any hydrating essence - moisturizer -sunsreen On other nights - double cleansing -regular mild cleanser - hydrating essence -moisturizer Thats it!!!! Never ever use any aha,bha,azelaic acid, salicylic acid, bp or any other ingredients while using tretinoin.

try to apply tretinoin only in your PM skincare routine. Make sure you do not use any other active ingredients while you are using tretinoin in any of your skincare routine and please be patient it will take atleast 4 to 6 months to show you result.

Should have used started with adapalene .1%, every other day for 2 month, using sandwich method, and no other actives for at least 4 month. Imo. if you wanted to incorporate benzoyl peroxide, then a wash/soap would have been better. it's not recommended to use too many irritating/ exfoliating ingredients at the same time, especially if it's a new product.

You can try acne squad spot corrector for active acne or azelaic acid this may help

Mam tretinon ko time chiye hota hai... Atleast 6 month u r journy only 2 month.....

Applying tretinoin alone wont help clearing acne .. for that you need oral medications , good hygiene and healthy food too .. and you should have applied tretinoin on alternate days

Btw you shouldn’t use tretinoin during PM time!!! Tretinoin yakes atleast 06 months for getting the full blown effect!!!

Heyy! Tretinon is not fir everyone ! Ita a medication for severe acne condition & mostly works for oily skin people, you don't need to go through purging for getting that so called glass skin by influencer's, instead of using this please use azelaic acid or benzoyl peroxide 🙏 Let your skin breath & please don't use it again without dr prescription ❤ Love love ❤

Just use trrt sunscreen moisturizer bss anything more is in your hand

When I started retinol .. within 2 weeks purging stopped.. and skin became that good like never before. But the reason I had to stop retinol was that it started itching on the other parts of the body firstly I thought may be infection or else and I took medicines for that but then I realised it’s bcz of retinol.. to confirm that I stopped using it.. and itching went away.. then I thought let’s start again this time too skin bacame like best of it but again itching starting.. so I had to stop permanently.. no other way ..

Meine 3-3.5 month tretinoin use kiya tha mere face par comedones the meri sbse bdi mistake thi ki meine tretinoin utha li , itna month baad bhi purging nhi ruki or pura face pimple se bhra hua extremely, baby skin se bad skin kisi ko face nhi krne wali skin ho gyi thi , phir mujhe isko chhodna pda kyunki iske baad me sure nhi thi ki 6 month me bhi kuch improve hoga, sahi huye pimple bhi wapas aa rhe the, jan me meine Aha bha par switch Kiya or mere acne calm down ho gye but tretinoin ne jo scar or dark spot chhod diye h wo mujhe ander ander hi torture kr rhe h or upper se ye duniya sali jine nhi deti 😅 abhi mere active pimple nhi h bss acne marks h abhi meine dermatologist ko follow kr rhi hu last one week se, unhone kuch gel or tablet diye h , so hope for the best 😊 But mein sab sahi hone baad phir se tretinoin ya adaplene par aana chhaungi 😂
