I had a very heavy flow with bad cramps. went to get my iud 2 years ago nothing wrong so far it just feels like a very bad cramp when they are putting it in. I do overthink I’m pregnant time to time but then I can feel a slight cramp each month little to no bleeding so the process is worth it lol still not prego. They gave me an anxiety pill and painkiller thru IV they let me hug a teddy bear the whole time went to planned parenthood hood in Baldwin Park CA. My cramps aren’t as intense anymore either sometimes they are bad but I can actually get up and do things instead of shivering in pain. It’s scary but worth it especially the ladies there helping me feel so comfortable and safe.

my mom got her iud around 24 or 25 a few years after she had me and it hurt really bad she said but she can’t feel it now and obviously it wasn’t too too bad. you have to get it replaced after a certain amount of time though and it’ll obviously stop you from having children. you may also get spotting type stuff from it, all you’d really need is a panty liner

I find the conversation about locations really Interesting because I thought C&E would have been sharing them already. I have close friends that I met 8 months ago and we have each others locations.

Broooo I have a sphynx, & a beautiful vintage chair that I found at an estate sale. Anyways, my cat scratches that chair ALL the time. I have romanticized the threads coming out lmao, the back of the chair doesnt even look floral anymore 😆
