@@MrWhoDare I knew of fightful and SRS from sources cited. But it wasn't until SRS won me over with his charming appearances on Quizzlemania that I actually checked out Fightful. Then I was just mad that he isn't on all of their review podcasts.

Sorry for the long-winded explanation but I think he brought back the old intro because WrestleMania 14-18 took place during the Attitude Era so the intros for Quizzlemania 14-18 had a similar theme. WM 19 was Ruthless Aggression onwards hence the return of the old theme.
