Is or will there be an option making it possible to add additional features to each service for upsell? For example, if I charge $100 to pressure wash a dumpster as a base service, then add features, for example: $25 for a chemical soak, $150 for dumpster pad, $50 for a dumpster enclosure... etc. Which can be factored in with the overall calculation?

Hi Justin, I see on the Quote IQ there's a mixture calculation for batch mixing and downstreaming. Would it be possible to add an X-Jet system calculation? I know it's simple with a 1:1 ratio using a 4 gpm, but when you use a higher gpm machine it does change the ratio. The calculation will only be for open tip use on the X-Jet system. Example: X-Jet chart (open / no tip) 2 gpm (.8 - 1) 3 gpm (1.2 - 1) 4 gpm (1.6 - 1) 5 gpm (2-1) 6 gpm (2.4 -1) 8 gpm (3.1) This would be a great feature on the app. It will also help everyone who is starting and using the X-Jet system before purchasing a softwash system. Check your email, you should have received a video of the walk-through, it was not this version, as the app is constantly evolving, constantly adding new features and debugging, as well, this is still in beta testing, so they will continually be changes

Would it be possible to add a sales tax feature per service instead of just at the end? Here in Florida, we charge tax on commercial window cleaning but not on pressure washing.

Hey Justin, can I export all my customers from Quickbooks online to Quote ID. And if yes, do I need to keep Quickbooks for my accountant, or can I just use Quote ID to send him what I need to at the end of the year
On the free version, when i hit the "+" at the bottom, all of the options are blurred out. Does that mean there isn't truly a free version and that all you get is a sample?

I don’t get how to have customers sign the estimate agreement, or have them accept it. This just sends a pdf with no way for the customer to agree and sign the document. Is there a way to update the job and show the deposit as paid?
Hi. There are now thermal bluetooth printers on the market. Can we print to bluetooth printers? mini and full page thermals. I want door to door customers to sign the document and the tech to bring me that document.

Are you eventually going to sell customer information? Example...Couple years go by and you have millions of invoices in your database from all the companies using your app. Will anyone be able to buy an ad to be emailed to all the customers in my area that are in your database regardless who's customer it is? Or can I buy all the customers in my area and what they paid to offer them a discount on what they paid from the original company?
In reality, no business can or will answer this honestly, because lets say they have an idea to not sell customer data (and considering they are charging for this, they better not be). But they sell their IP to another company, and that company decides to change course. The future is unknown. The question is, what are they doing now? And your last question is just unethical and leads to blood baths, race to the bottom. Hopefully we dont go there.
@@AllAboutPressureWashing Just opened up the app and it's stuck on the wallpaper background with the drawing of a vacuum, glove, soap bottle. Tried closing and reopening multiple times and same thing happens.
