Jinn is a creation other than mankind and not angels, and between jinn and man is a common destiny in terms of mutual recognition as reason and will, and in terms of the ability to choose the path of evil and good, and in terms of mandating worship and according to what was mentioned in the Qur’an allah said I did not create jinn and mankind except to worship me (Surat Al-Dhariyat, verse 56)

Anyway, Prophet Younis recited "la ilaha illa anta subhanaka inneekuntu mina aththalimeen" which means "There is no deity except You. Exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers." And Allah accepted his prayers and made the fish spit him out on the shore. And when his people (who hadn't accept him) saw what had happened to him, then they ALL accepted Islam :) Pretty sick how Allah rewarded him in the end right?

Iblis(Lucifer) was one of the most pious Jinns before mankind. God raise him to live among the angels because of that. He disobey God and didnt bow down to Adam and as a result he was cursed and cast out. In Islam jins have free will and made from fire and angels have no free will and made from light. Iblis is a Jinn because he was made from fire and has free will to disobey God.

When you talked about the hallowen tree i had to google to read about it and was surprised that it was based on an animated fantasy drama, this really makes me think they steal ideas from Islam and turn it into fantasy cartoon movies to program kids aka the future generation that Islam is fairy tail and fantasy, you see the hallowen tree drama is so similar to the Sidratul muntaha tree . Sidratul muntaha tree is a tree that prophet Mohammed peace be up on him told us about in authentic hadith, this tree is in the seventh heaven and in paradise, its has beautiful leaves and fruit, this tree according to Islamic belief the souls or the spirits of the believers who died go there. Oh and Sidratul muntaha is not evil tree like the hallowen tree but the idea that the souls of the good dead go there is islamic . also the sidratul muntaha is very beautiful and Allah did mention in Quran but left it in mystery too .This is not the first islamic thing i saw in movies and cartoons, they change a little detail but steal the main story .
