Does leading count the same as coaching? There was a case in Scotland ages ago about alleged "Satanic ritual abuse" allegedly involving children. The children were questioned by authorities, who "subtly" showed them devil and witch dolls and pictures and asked questions that clearly wanted to hear a "yes" in response.
This. If there were anything, anything at all, that would otherwise get my blood boiling faster than idiots being idiotic or some scumbag smugly smiling in a heartbeat...it would be this.
The reason i am pointing this out is because it is important for victims to know that: no. Just because your husband/wife or what ever trusted person "didn't have the intention of hurting you" it is still rape. You are allowed to call it that and you are absolutely valid in feeling raped because it still is. I know this sounds logical to some. But as a victim i did struggle with the thought of "but what if he didn't want to hurt me.. what if it wasn't about power for him", as my ex truly was just a horny piece of shit.
@Niael Negash Aw *** here we go again, your not a true jojo fan your the type of people to comment everywhere OrAoRaOrA or MuDa or KO no dio da or in this yare yara daze
that cop one where he deliberately lied on the stand just goes to show that the thin blue line simply does not fly. If it was a civilian who had lied on the stand or shot an unarmed person then they would have the book thrown at them hard. But because it's a cop nothing happens - because then cops will go on strike, blah blah blah. Bad cops should be thrown under the bus, keep the good ones good and throw the bad ones out with the trash
It doesn’t help that it’s their own folks who investigate and decide what to do with them; of course they’re not going to do anything to their buddies aside from maybe a slap on the wrist.
Second story: My dad and step mom got divorced a couple years back. My dad, for whatever reason, decided to give my step mom access to our business account that my dad takes money from (and puts back) for the business. She saw him taking money out of it and claimed he was somehow stealing from her. Well she failed to tell her lawyer that it was our business account and that my dad had records of taking money out and putting it back in after a little bit of time for the past, at least, 15 years. We’re in court (she was basically trying to take everything from my dad) and her lawyer brings all this up. You should have seen the look on her face when my dad’s lawyer showed receipts that not only was it our business account but that my dads been doing that exact same thing for over a decade.
My landlord was the coolest. When I told her I got a settlement she said " I love you both as tenants, but you need to get a house." She was more of a friend than a landlord.
Purple: I was with Green the whole round! Green: I was with Purple the whole round! (Next meeting) Purple: I've been with Pink the whole game! Green: I was with Blue the whole game! Me(Blue): HOLD UP!
Was playing among us with my friends. My sister, a newish player, didn't know that when re-directing power, you gotta go to the electric room first. So, when at the start of the game, I saw her go to to the part 2 of that task before anything else. So I turned around, called an emergency meeting, voted her off, and that won the game! She hated me for that lol!
During my parents divorce my dad tried to coach me, not because he was mean but because he was heartbroken. My mom cheated on him with a guy and that same guy was now living with us, my dad taught me to say that I wanted to live with only him and I hated my entire moms side. Several year laters I love all three of my parents, I know what my mom did was wrong but shes not a bad person. The marriage was set up to fail because she only got pregnant 3 weeks after they met so they only stayed together for my sake. I love my parents.
Well... I can see how both sides are wrong but at the end of the day it's not like your dad coached you to say that your step dad sexually abused and your mom knew and allowed it to happen. And as long as all of the treat you right, that's all that matters.
I remember a green light story I know of. My mother got pulled over by the cop for driving thru a green light. The cop wrote on the ticket "ran through a green light." When my mom went to court, she of course contested the ticket. The cop was there, and he admitted to the judge that he was doing a double shift on the night he issued the ticket. My mom got paid for the day of work she was forced to miss.
Honestly, I'm feeling sorry for all parties involved in this. Working double shifts shouldn't be a thing but when you don't have enough people, there sometimes isn't a choice..
@@inventiveowl395 kinda wild how some districts can't afford enough beat cops while others have a whole SWAT team in a tank roll up for domestic disturbances. The country seriously needs some massive reforms.
I love my daily routine. I head to work early in the morning, usually listening to old Rslash episodes in my car on the way. Then I run to grab breakfast on my first break and I sit and eat in my car while listening to the new episode right as it comes out. Rslash is literally my routine. Love you man! 🥺
@@dylanortiz9493 the fact that it's become a jojo reference even though it's from a different anime is just hilarious Also Trash-chan probably is someone's waifu
Bros before touhous doesn't make any sense, why would you choose your bros over cute women who are so op, that they needed to be sealed away in an alternate dimension bordering our own. (sarcasm) but seriously though the touhou series is great, and reimu needs to be put in smash
You’re right rSlash, I graduated college last year and thanks to these videos I know that if I ever move into an apartment take pictures of everything, keep a paper trail, read up on tenant laws and definitely have renters insurance and if I ever get a blue collar job, HR is to keep the company safe not me and always have a paper trail
Unfortunately, I was also coerced as a child, by my paternal grandmother. In the early 90s in NJ, you had to be separated 18 months before officially divorcing. My folks split when I was like 5, and the divorce finalized when I turned 6. My folks lived in the same town so they had 50/50 custody of my older brother and me. We were with my mom one week, and my father one week. My nana had to move in with my dad to help raise my brother and me while he worked. I suspect she was resentful of this, since I had special needs, but her front was that she absolutely hated my mom for "ruining my dad's life". A year after my folks finalized their divorce, my mom realized she was gay. This is relevant because we moved in with her now wife and her 4 children, who are now my step siblings. The family knew my dad before they knew my mom actually. Anyway, my nana had suspicions about my mom being in a relationship with a woman but could never prove it. I had special needs when I was younger, and needed help bathing until I was about 7-8. My mom was going through cancer treatment at this time, and I knew she was sick. I woke up one morning and wanted to take a bath without asking my mom to help so she could sleep. My oldest stepbrother was awake, so I asked for his help. He was 14 and I was 6. He made a bubble bath, let me get undressed and in the tub while he was outside of the room so I had privacy. I had the bubbles for more privacy, and he kept the curtain closed until I asked for help with the things I needed help with, like rinsing my hair or washing my back. My nana somehow found out about this one isolated incident, said that's what rape is, and went to the police and said my stepbrother raped me. Police asked me for my statement with my nana there. She'd say what I "claimed" happened, and end each statement with, "Right Rachel?" She would be emotionally abusive if I didn't listen to her, so I said yes, because she told me that's what rape meant. We went to court and I was going to be a witness. A prosecutor sat down with me by myself and asked for my story. I gave like 10 different stories, because I no longer had my nana there to tell me what to say. It was obvious that I was coached. I was deemed an unreliable witness, but my stepbrother was still charged with lewd conduct, didn't have to register thankfully, and my brother and I were never able to live with our mom again. We were only allowed to have visitation, never in the home. I had court mandated therapy for a rape that never happened. It wasn't until I was 12 that, one day, I learned what rape really was in school, remembered everything I was told and what really happened, and kept telling the therapist nothing happened. Then she said I was lying, something had to have happened, and demanded to know why I was lying. I know I was a child and was manipulated, but I've carried the guilt my whole life that my stepbrother was convicted of something that never happened, because I said it did.
6:14 it's so sad but I can relate to this. My bio father HATED my grandparents because they took me and my mom in after they divorced. He manipulated me into thinking that my grandfather had molested and my bio dad reported it. However my grandfather didn't get arrested since there wasn't enough evidence. I couldn't see my grandfather for over 7 years! I'm 21 now and I have a great relationship with my grandfather and my bio father is no longer in my life
I can HEAR the Phoenix Wright voice in my head yelling out the different voice lines ps if you can name all the voice lines you are a true ace attorney fan you don’t have to comment or like I just wanted to tell you this
All the green light stories are the exact opposite of what happened to me. Apparently, a sixteen-year-old "girl" (I"m a trans man but I still look like a female sadly) who was having a panic attack and the first thing I asked was if the people in the other car was okay was "not showing enough sympathy" to the other car and they took a bias witness even though they ran a red light, not me
3:33 that is a lot of what I've learned from watching you're channel and id be damned if I make the mistake of not recording suspicious encounters, not reading a contract thoroughly, or not document the condition of a rental.
So this one rental company evected me because my rent was one day late the check was in the mail. The rental company didnt care and said i had to get out they also claimed they are taking my deposit and i have to pay the late rent x3 i told them they can go fudge themselves went to the bank told them to cancel the check and got some friends and moved everything out that day because they were replacing the locks later that day i left my wife at home to ensure we can get in and got all our stuff out that day. They had actually already listed our place with furniture on their website that day as well. Never paid them they never took me to court.
There's a special place in hell for people who coach kids to commit crimes, and an even more special place when people coach kids to frame others for crimes. "Bearing false witness" is literally one of the ten commandments for a reason, whether or not you believe the rest of the book.
The one with the cop genuinely makes me angry that’s so awful there rarely ever held accountable when they do something wrong, I hope something changers someday
My sister was given a ticket for 'running' a stop sign when in Reality she moved ahead just slightly before stopping to let a car that was coming out of a houses parking. Cops can be dicks sometimes.
Frankly, since cops are supposed to be the ones enforcing the laws, I think that they should be held to a higher standard than the general public. Their jobs mean they should have an intimate knowledge of what's illegal and legal. That means they should have absolutely no excuse for violating it.
I just wonder how many more stories like this before its clear they're a problem as a whole ? like at what point is it ok to generalize based off examples like this. and this is why we scream defund them
@@DJparthiv Well someone cares you know or else this wouldnt get the views that it got. Im not sure if you are trolling or not but if you are jeez no need to be so rude in a comment section for your weird amusement.
Actually, a prius does have a key and ignition, they just aren't required to connect to start the car. The key fob has signal receptors around the frame of the vehicle to lock/unlock the car, and tell the car whether or not the key fob is in the car. There's a little slide lock on the fob that holds the physical key, so you can lock your keys in the car, but you won't be locked out. The car also won't let you lock the key fob in the car electronically. You have to manually lock the key fob in the car with the physical key, or lock the car before you close the door after turning it off. Thank you for coming to my ted talk Source: I drive a prius
Had a Volvo with like a plastic key in the ignition. The car would sense my key and i never had to take it out of my pocket to turn on the car. That was quite a luxurious feeling :P
"Why is he threatening to perform homosexual acts on them?" Oh, rSlash... Rape is still rape. Just because it's with another man doesn't automatically mean a gay man wants it.
A tenant of ours filed a false EPO against my dad after her husband threatened my dad’s life. So as a result of the EPO a sheriff and two other officers had to come and remove every firearm (20+) from my dad’s house, leaving him completely unprotected. We were legit scared to my dad’s safety so he stayed at my house for a bit. Ended up going to court and our tenant’s only excuse for filing the EPO was that we had stopped and taken pictures of the toilet and cabinets she and her husband had removed from the house without notice. Judge looked at her like she was the dumbest woman on the planet. “Ma’am, he has the right to take photos of his property…he owns it…” was her exact quote.
@@zwabbah4841 no judgment! I didn’t know until it happened. Haha. It’s an Emergency Protective Order. Basically what the sheriff that took my dads firearms told us is that it’s like a temporary restraining order. He was also extremely confused when we told him my dad had no relationship with the woman other than her being our tenant because he said the only time he’s seen EPOs filed is in domestic violence cases.
i've worked in repo, impound and police initated towing (anything involving the police or EMS that is then dispatched out to us to remove either the wreck, arrested person vehicle, evidence, or medical emergency's vehicle's owner [which on these we charge a simply "at cost" fee essentially to cover the drivers time and the fuel spent of $65]) we charge a standard impound fee of $250 on ALL vehicles no matter what however our police impounds are an itemized list as followed -truck dispatch: $125 -winching: $75 per 25 yards (after first 10 feet.) -dollies/skates: $75 (this is only charged when needed on a recovery and not for transport, it's to save the transmission of the vehicle and we don't charge it on AWD vehicles the dollies are needed to tow as the flatbeds can handle them without.) -no key $75 (this is how it is charged to us dollies/skates as it is infuriating to get a car off without the key on a flatbed.) -rollover $150 (this includes up to 10 yards of winching) - stat of emergency + 25% of entire bill (due to inclement weather only) -mileage $4.50 a mile from our office and back -if vehicle goes to the police evidence locker there is a $150 charge for two 23 mile tows from our lot to the evidence compound. i've written all of this out as i have to do a daily audit in the mornings, or have one of my managers do it it as just a single fuck up on one of these invoices could cost us thousands. also the above rates are paid by insurance companies 90% of the time, if we're dealing with someone who's insurance doesn't cover it we tend to work out payment plans with a reduced rate however we do apply a lien to the vehicle until payment is made. we charge a 3% interest rate to do this and are the only company in our state that will do this as other companies are too concerned they will have to hunt down the vehicle to re-impound it. in the four years since we've implemented this i've only had to retrieve two vehicles.
Never have I ever been this early to an rslash video. Anyways, My brother was caught mere seconds from throwing my Xbox down my stairs. I had my phone in my hand and took pictures.
Karen: "Well the company's rules don't apply, because I'm more important than the company and I can do WHATEVER. I. WANT." Sounds like what an entitled parent would say.
