The Pre-Symptomatic VOC Detector of Seizure Events is a portable instrument that can alert the wearer to an imminent seizure more than 20 minutes before it occurs. This early warning would allow those with epilepsy to prepare, protect themselves, and notify family and healthcare providers. There is currently no practical technology in the commercial or R&D space that can do this.
