Scotty I’ve got a 95 firebird with electric problems it’s a 3800 v6 charge the battery starts right up runs drives you can drive it for 100 miles as soon as you turn it off and try and restart it doesn’t do anything but all the lights windows and radio work what do you think ?
I expect I’ll see the headline, roll my eyes, some months go by and I realize I haven’t seen him post in a while, watch the death video, and fall into a depression.
Hey Scotty, I’m a retired mechanic of over 50 years. I watch all your videos and always give you a thumbs up, but I’m not usually one to comment. I have to say, you’re the greatest! I winter In Arkansas and hope to meet you someday! Thanks for all your incredible information!
I watch him from India just to take good advice regarding my car’s health and diagnosis i feel like he is my personal mechanic because he has mentioned every tutorial perfect for a car enthusiast. You should live another 100 years scotty ❤
I’m watching this video while staring at my brothers Infiniti 2012 g37 in my driveway broke down because the sunroof drains leaked and wet the computer and i just wish Scotty was here to save the day
An electric car in the same video as a suicide box is the smartest content I’ve seen in a while. Well done you mad manic mechanic. 🎉❤ James may tells porky pies . He said he could see earth curve at 70,000 feet. Not possible.
Hydrogen has to be taken seriously. The idea that it is too expensive and that there are no Hydrogen stations comes to a full circle of which came first, the chiken or the egg. I am keeping tabs on hydrogen as there is vast interest in cutting down costs, making it cleaner and ultimately reducing the energy required to create, transport, store and distribute. Don't knock on something that is not as easily abundant as gasoline (as we all know the pitfalls of oil) or as easily accessible as electricity (which has a very old grid and a plethora of issues such as charge time and network unreliability). Hydrogen MUST be part of a greater option offered to the customer, big oil knows this and they are creating what is necessary to start this up. Gas station= Energy station. Gasoline, Diesel, Electric, Hydrogen, Propane, LNG, name it, we have it. Big Oil is going through a rebrand and it is right under your nose. Long live clean, cheap and efficient energies. (NO, I do not work for Big Oil, nor do I like electric cars). As for James May he brings up a very valid point. Here in Québec, there is ONE Hydrogen station in Québec City. The provincial government (State) bought a few of those Mirai's, and they were limited to a 100KM radius from the gas station. The cars were put up for sale last year and they were a fraction of the new price, not even 3 years after being put on the road and 15 000 miles on the odometer. Proof that your car is only as good as it's weakest link, in this case, lack of hydrogen station!
There's not a lot of pitfalls for oil honestly. Ever since the invention of the catalytic converter, it's drastically reduced pollution. The only real pitfall of oil is that we will eventually run out but you or I will not be around to see that day.
I disagree with you on the Hydrogen Based cars. I have done research on these cars for many years, and i think it's one of our best bets. It is easier to convert gasoline cars to hydrogen and can be transported via tanker. I believe it's safer and definitely cleaner than CNG, which many trucking firms use (and fork lifts) for local runs. Last i had searched (which might of changed) there were a dozen hydrogen stations in CA. Honestly, when i checked into this, the Toyota hydrogen car was still available in California, only of course.
@@butkusfan23Be serious. All the creation around you has form & function. That mobile device in your hand did not just show up one day randomly. Your hand alone is far more complex than some mobile device, & so is the rest of you. Be honest with yourself. There is evidence all around you & then there is you. YHWH is real. He is reminding you right now!
Suicide is not the unforgivable sin. Sampson committed suicide (see book of Judges in the Old Testament). He is named as a saint in the New Testament book of Hebrews. Why? Because he believed in the Redeemer to come (Jesus). The only unforgivable sin is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. His main job is to draw people to the saving knowledge of Christ . When people reject Christ, refuse to repent, they cannot be saved/redeemed.
I know you older but you have helped me with my truck. I don’t know when we will pass away but I hope your know Scotty Kilmor you will be missed if you ever gone
Scotty, I agree Toyota builds the best cars on the road. That is at least from the 30,000 foot top view. I never want to own a new redesign of any car or vehicle. That is where we see huge failures a year or 2 after. I want to own a Toyota that is tired and tested. I do not want to see constant recalls and repairs of a new and "better" design. I am the one with the 212,000 mile 2007 Toyota Matrix that runs like it has only 50,000 miles on it. Yesterday I got onto our Southern California freeway in the morning. To merge and get into the correct lane I was hitting 80 mph. There was a fellow next to me trying to pace me to get in front of me to cut me off. I pushed down on my accelerator to more safely get into the safer lane for me. I was very quickly going just over 90 mph. This car runs very well for a vehicle with 1/4 the mileage. I do take very good care of the engine and transmission. I do not want a new Toyota corolla with a huge computer screen in the center of the dash. I want a vehicle that gets me from point A to point B not a computer laptop on wheels.
Drivers just want a reasonable price, reliable car get us from Point A to Point B............ is that too much to ask, our American Car Manufactures? 😅
Scotty-here’s a funny used car story. I asked my mechanic which used car is better..a 1993 Mercedes or a 1968 Chevy with a V8. To my surprise he said he would recommend the Chevy because the parts are much more plentiful than the 1993 MB. Not only that there are NO computers in the ‘68. Go figure! Great videos!
I would say that too! My 1970 C10 long bed P/U with 350 cid & 350 Turbo-Day garage sale. Of course have done lots of work on it like rebuilding entire front suspension a long with several other items.
I thank you for all your videos. I am in the market for a used car and I do review your videos. You have reviewed many car makers but I have not seen any comments about Mitsubishi.
Dead don’t enter the Kingdom of God. God is not the god of the dead. He’s the God of the living. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Israel). All those men have “passed,” but because they believed in the Redeemer to come (Jesus), and obeyed God, they are not dead, but have eternal life and are currently in the presence of God in Heaven.
You could have mentioned ammonia fuel. Ammonia has 3 hydrogen and 1 nitrogen NH3 . Easier to produce, easier to store and burns with relatively no output other than water. Toyota is working on an ammonia fuel engine. So are a number of other companies. It makes so much more sense.
Regarding hydrogen, I think it's more feasible and better in the long run than EV's. Toyota seem hellbent on it and that's a good sign. As ever, the problem is infrastructure but it's surely less problematic than the virtually impossible endless headache of expensive batteries, the pollution associated with their manufacture, and not having the power grid or roads to handle lots of EV's
A hose from the exhaust into the cabin of your car , or just park in a garage with the motor running would do the same thing as that capsule, and no extra money spent!
I saw my mother wretch away for 3 years praying everyday for God to take her. When a person is terminally ill just makes no sense to force them to suffer for months or years.
Scotty, if you and yours ever come through SE Georgia please come by, I could really use your cheerfulness. That might be a good video, teach us loners how to be more cheerful. Thanks for yours.
Totally agree with the device to take your last ride. We don't have it in the USA so my father went thru hell, and starved himself to death, over a period of 3 months. It was gruesome.
I worked with an old man years ago when he would get in the mood for a new truck he would go to the dealership find the one he wanted. The last time I seen him he still had the same old truck but he owned seven properties that were worth more than the seven trucks he had looked at 😂😅
Actually in Switzerland you can have physician-assisted suicide under the same conditions you mentioned. A company provides the bulk of such suicides currently, called Dignitas.
This is really not a joke!!!!🤐😡😡😡I don't find it funny. I thought it was real until I read the comments!! Use you energy for something good...This guy gives very valuable information
Scotty I have a 1970 Ford Mustang 351ci Windsor with a Top Loader manual transmission and I have a metallic bearing sound around the Bell Housing and it makes no difference if the clutch is in or out and not prevalent when the car is cold. I am think it could be the clutch throw out bearing, what do you think?
I just got my monthly email from my CA electric utility co (PG&) advising my electricity bill is more $$ than last year, imagine if i bought an EV... Oh! the horror... 😅
I can’t imagine that death machine is legal. If they start producing and selling that thing in the masses, goodness! Imagine seeing that thing in the mall or at a store having to explain to kids what it does. Unreal!
