Karli has had problems for a long time with feeling sick after she eats and she has also lost some unexpected weight. We finally found a doctor that is wanted to help us find some answers! She has to get some tests done and then next step is to see a GI physician.
We are all so sad that Shaggy passed away on Wednesday Nov, 30th after 16.5 wonderful years of life. We are so thankful for the time we spent with him and will miss him so very much.

I'm so so sorry. Breaks my heart for you all. You gave Shaggy an amazing life! We took in a stray cat 2 years ago and had no idea how old he was or anything. He started losing a lot of weight about a month ago and one day we knew something just wasn't right. We took him in and she told us he was around 18 years old and very sick. Just 2 years with him felt like forever. My oldest son held him and it was crushing. He's only 17 but determined that he would be the one to hold him. He was the best little cat ever. We have since adopted another one but it doesn't take the pain away.

RIP Shaggy 😞☹️ we lost our little guy last year, it was 💔. He was 15 years old and I don’t remember what it was like before he came into our lives. Still miss him to this day. Best pups ever.

I’m so sorry for your loss, last week I lost my boy of 15 years and I just can’t get over it. If you wanna give each other advice please message back, cause I’m lost. People don’t realize it’s like losing a child. We were lucky enough to have this beautiful experience of a Dr coming to the house, so we wouldn’t have to drag him to the vet, the place he hated the most. But I’m truly sorry Shaggy was awesome, my heart goes out to you. Please hang in there.

Glad you found a doctor who listened and cares a doctor brushed off my boyfriends stomach issues and said he was fine just take a tums and now he’s hospitalized with potentially crohns/ulcerative colitis

Karli I am so sorry you’ve had to live with your stomach problems for 3 years I thankfully only had to live with it till I got diagnosed with ulcerative colitis after having to do all the nasty things you mentioned but trust me it is so worth it when you get the correct treatment and medication I’m happy this doctor is taking you seriously ❤💗 just know you’re not alone in this 💗

I had my baby Bailey for 14 beautiful years. My 17th birthday present. I'm now 31. I had her become an angel here in my home. It was one of the most painful times in my life. I was so grateful to have a house call made and for anyone who's baby is terrified of the vet, I recommend a house call. It's the most loving situation possible. She got to eat a piece of chocolate before she went. She passed with all of us around her. I sang her all her song, called her all her nick names, shared my memories, laughed a few times, and felt her final breath on my cheek. Animals are so special and something we will never fully deserve. Until we meet again 🌈 sending so much love to you and the family 💙

I have severe ulcerative colitis with chrons complication and I’ve lived in the hospital my whole life, until I had an ileostomy for about 6 months. I got it reversed in august and I’ve been out of the hospital since and I’m off all my medication ( I had at least two pages of medication all throughout the day ). What karli is describing sounds exactly like what I have, I understand the pain shes experiencing, but please choose healthy food options like vegan or vegetarian because it really tears apart your stomach. Trust me, switching between vegan and vegetarian can make you feel a lot better. Don’t eat skin on fruits, no raw vegetables, nothing with seeds, nothing spicy, and nothing that’s thick ( like thick lettuce leaf’s ), and definitely no meat. Every time I ate something like that I internally bled. I’m better now but I definitely had to change a lot of things in my day to day life. I have other things that I got from this disease and it sucks, I’ll never be able to get rid of it, so please karli if you read this make those choices now before it’s too late. It’s really affecting my way of living to the point I qualify for disability because I can’t get out and work. Better safe than sorry.

I am so very sorry. That is the worst thing is having a pet no matter what kind you have. They become part of your family and life. There is nothing to say to take the pain away for all of you, but you have subscribers who honestly feel your pain

Haven't watched a vlog in a while, so sorry for your loss. Shaggy was a great part of the videos. I was here for tori also. I do remember how traumatic that was for you guys. I have a 14 year old chihuahua that is now blind. I think the time will come soon for him too, I just hate making that decision.

Sorry to hear about Shaggy. Glad to hear a doctor is finally listening about you’re stomach pain sadly when ever you have stomach problems and it involves eating they automatically assume you have an eating disorder with even doin any other tests etc. Hope you find out what is wrong

I don't normally comment on videos ,but this one struck a cord . As soon as Karli started this video,you could tell she was congested. Having a niece with several medical issues related to gastrointestinal and gynecological problems,that.started at about the same age Karli's did , I hope they can find answers and remedies that help her . They can be debilitating for sure . The second part also hit home too....losing a beloved pet / fur kid . The golden I had taken in for a friend nearly 3 years ago ,had to be sent on her journey over the rainbow bridge ,about 4 months ago , at the age of 14.5 . It was the same deal with perhaps being able to treat the specifc symptoms she was exhibiting ( she collapsed ) , but her quality of life was simply never going to be the same . It was decided to a give her the dignity of not suffering anymore . It was the toughest call to ever make ,but the correct call for her sake . RIP Shaggy .

The crazy thing my dog was the same way!!!! She was fine the day before and then the next she was so sick and she felt already gone. So we put her down too.

I was recently diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Maybe look into it and see if your symptoms match. I’ve always had issues with my health and always being sick. Doctors never provided answers but the diagnosis finally made me understand what’s going on.
