It is so frustrating how stalking isn't taken seriously enough until it's too late in so many cases.

It took a really long time before they made stalking a crime. So, people who were stalked before literally could do nothing. At least now we can make reports..... that's it. Edit: grammar

Second Story: Looked up OP's account and it looks like a year after that post, she wrote another in AmITheAsshole. Looks like after the LegalAdvice post OP began going to therapy and realized that her mother was just a terrible person who abused their older sister. Also, looks like OP is trying to rebuild her relationship with older sister.

about the impound story, She was arrested without probable cause, which means her constitutional rights were violated, OP can talk to a lawyer and sue the police department and police officers because when cops violate constitutional rights, 2nd and 4th amendment they have no qualified immunity. Fun fact: Texas lets local judges try the case so if you get arrested, wether the cops are right is determined by a judge who definitely knows them. Something similar happened to me in a city called Godly TX. Not only did I pay out the bum for my car, but they also billed me for being in the jail threw 2 meals ($350). No crimes charged. I shopped some lawyers and said I would re-coop nothing, because it was a known trick by the city to gain more money. Costs more to fight it then its worth, basically. That's Texas

Just a fun fact about your thumbnail, I see you chose Canuck the crow! He was basically a celebrity in my city! Canuck terrorized a specific mailman, stole a knife from a crime scene, and would often ride the skytrain. He interacted with a lot of people and was really mischievous, like trying to drink peoples coffee and rummage thru bags. He even went into a cops van and defecated in it (after stealing that knife). Although he disappeared a few years ago, Canuck was our city’s beloved (and unofficial) mascot. Edit: I meant ‘defecated’ and not ‘defected’. I mix up my words sometimes lol

Story 2: The mom got what she deserved for abusing and neglecting the older sister, so it's completely understandable the sister wants nothing to do with her. My guess is that OP wasn't abused like the older sister was, so she couldn't understand from her sister's perspective. And she wants to contest the will to make the sister pay the abusive mom, and claims she isn't defending his mom? Absolutely disgusting. OP is just as bad as her mom.
@supervegito2277

When OP said he isn't defending her mom's actions, I called BS because if he isn't defending his mom, then why is he trying to contest the will?
@inmyshoeswheelsoptional9848
Not mention how's it the sisters fault the mom wasn't an adult and put saving away... But tends to be coming with abusers being narcassists & they are horrendous at money as the spouse & world will solve it for them... Unfortunately know from my dad being that mum except worse that mum saw it happen & let it tho she didn't see the worst of it physically I was often begging my mum to help me and she kinda just ran away... Again my dad was the abuser and yeh I COULD NEVER give my abuser, let alone my abusive parent (imo does way more damage as I've had both and yeh parent is way worse in my own experience)... And yeh unfortunately since OP even admitted she was one or the two golden children's she is a mini narc in a sense but more the narc is AMAZING as having the golden child fight for them if the abused one(often either or &/or forgotten child, scapegoat child) look up those terms as it explains it so well and how a narc or narc like parent system like that can completely poison each child against each other. I'm surprised the older sister even spoke to her sisters but shows how strong she is... I talk to mine out of necessity & that's because she grew into a "mini dad" after she even learnt to join in on the physical & verbal abuse on me too so that's what she's learnt to do in life (I'm less than human in her eyes - yes she admitted this if not in those exact words).... Tho OP did say it was only the mum was abusive, so might be why also.

Yeah, Talk to her parents if you want to continue relationship, I don't think it's as bad as people of internet think, If you're clear side with her parent/guardian, that you're dating her before know her age, and promise will take care of her blah blah blah, I think most parent will support this relationship. When 40 yrs old man date woman like late 20 people just shrug it off, Like you're adult it's your choice, but some adult grown up in environment that tend to make them 'mental younger'.
@d.phantomfan1216
@d.phantomfan1216 Год назад
@@nightroad5810 a 20-year-old is a legal age, 15 isn't. It's not matter of "She too Young for you" it's a matter of "she will get you arrested and thrown in prison". You may not believe me but there are people out there that believe you should be able to tell someone age by how they look, my mom is one of them even though most people can't tell how old I am on a regular basis. On top of that this relationship is a lie, OP thought that he was dating a 19-year-old, she's not. I was thinking he should say something because this girl is putting herself in a seriously dangerous situation looking for random adult men on the internet. Something that need to be stopped now because who knows how many of our men are unknowingly committing an act of p word. But he has no idea how these strangers are going to react, and they might blame him even though she the one lying, I wouldn't take that chance.
@RobBomford
@RobBomford Год назад
@@nightroad5810Nope. The difference between this and your example of a 40 year old and a 20 year old is that they're both adults. I don't care how old they look, a 15 year old is a child. The fact that you would "need to discuss with their parents" in the first place should be enough of a sign that this is not a person capable of consent. Even if you discounted how disgusting knowingly entering a physical relationship with a child is, you're literally risking huge legal ramifications on the hope that a teenager is emotionally developed and stable enough to enter and maintain complex emotional partnership. Once again, NOPE.

When I was little, I saved a crow from our dogs. He had a broken wing so we brought him home and patched him up. He stayed with us for quite a while & never really left my mom's place. He could talk. His favorite phrase was, "here comes trouble ".... Still don't know if he meant me or him😂 He could say my dead name. Now, over 30 years later, his offspring still know me & caw my dead name. I moved just down the road from my mom's & have a murder of crows in the trees cawing at me & jumping up & down until I acknowledge them, then they fly around the property cawing in a way that sounds like cheering...

Actually, in order to sue someone for libel, you only have a case. If you can prove the person is lying. In their case, it’s a screenshot of a text that was sent so there is no lie being told there. It’s not libel if it’s true.
@AzureKyle

Exactly. I'm honestly shocked at how many people are turning against that OP. The dude got cheated on. Yes, he did something stupid in plastering the text on social media, but this is the exact kind of thing you typically hear on the revenge reddits (namely pro and petty) where people would congratulate him on getting back on a cheating SO, but here they're bad mouthing him and calling him an incel or niceguy.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but when you get into a relationship with someone (unless otherwise stated beforehand) you ARE mutually exclusive. And even if you weren't, you'd still need to communicate with your partner if you're seeing someone else as well, and not do so behind their back, because that is cheating.
@artemis754
@artemis754 Год назад
it wasn't specified wether they actually were in a relationship, op said they "dated" that does not have to mean they are officially together nor does that mean they have decided to be exclusive. note, he doesn't call her his girlfriend either, so I think this is the case. so, if both haven't said "let's be exclusive" then they are not exclusive. apparently the girl didn't think so. so no i don't think she cheated, yall really need a reality check
@Israfel36
@Israfel36 Год назад
@artemis754 Not- not really. What you're talking about is completely subjective and what _we_ think doesn't matter at all, it's what he reasonably thought and believed. His idea of dating could've been - and appeared to be - completely different from her's and he believed they were despite not discussing it; he found the text and thought she cheated. What he put on the Internet wasn't a lie, the screen shot was proof of that. Putting that on the Internet for the world to see is not libelous literally because it's the truth. It can't be libelous or slanderous if the statement or words are true.

Based on the birth year (being 2003) story 3 is really old. You would have to be born in 2008 maybe late 2007 to be 15 nowadays. That is hilarious Third Story: This is one of the scariest things about online dating. The fact this girl lied about her age could get OP into serious trouble. All she has to do is lie again and OP's life will be ruined. OP should screenshot the tinder profile and all of that to prove he genuinely didn’t know her actual age and needs to stop all forms of physical contact Fourth Story: Another case of the justice system failing OP. In the 4th story, OP needs to file a lawsuit on the police department. Their excuse for arresting him simply is not legal, that's not how gun licenses work in literally any state. 1: They have a record of license holders, even if he didn't have it on him, they could search him up to prove he has one. 2: He did, in fact, have his license on him when leaving his home, it was simply stolen, which will be proven by the documents police would have to file after the situation as well as body cams likely confirming this. They detained him illegally and he's now facing financial struggles because of it, making the police department liable for a lawsuit that they will not win. When he does win, they'll have to pay all the fines for him and thensome.

I think it’s because we never hear about what was in the text, it could have been flirtatious or it could be a friendly hello. We don’t know, he could just not be telling us to save face. One last detail that is the most suspicious is that most of the people around OP left him even after seeing his evidence. Most people would support the victim of cheating and if he was a victim, everyone around him are just unnaturally cruel.(or manipulated we don’t know) Someone in this comment section talked about “exclusive” because it was mentioned the story but “exclusive” could have been taken out of context. A lot of assumptions, there’s no proof of grooming, the kids were not present when dad met the wife… Not saying it didn’t happened but at the same time, you’re 18 sleeping with an older men who already has a child, she kinda put herself in this situation.

Last story: I live across the river from Portland in Washington and there's a lady that feeds crows in the neighborhood at the stop sign next to my work. This results in crow poop all over our cars, all the time. Car wash prices add up when we have to constantly try to keep our cars clean since bird poop is so bad for bird paint. In WA state, it is actually against one of the RCW laws to feed a carnivorous predator, which crows can be considered. We put up a yard sign next to the stop sign with a photo of her car and the RCW listed. Haven't seen her back. :D crows are awful

Similar to the last story, I used to live near a large forested area. Many people would go into this place to hunt or to target practice or other things you do in fairly untouched woods. I would target practice with my bb guns and never had an issue. One day when I started to pull out my pistols, I heard a warning call from a crow. I spotted what I thought was him (it was far away and I don't see the best, hence fake guns rather than real ones). I unloaded the pistol, showed it to him, reloaded it and shot once at a stump. He had been continuing the alarm calls the whole time, and some birds were joining him, (I'm fairly certain several flew away at the first call, but i didn't actually see them, just heard them). I just repeatedly unloaded, showed my bb gun, reloaded and fired once, until eventually the alarm calls changed to ones that didn't feel as agitated. After that whenever I went into the woods I would hear a call that I swear just sounds like an 'all clear' and I would see crows and other birds super chill around me. If i went into the woods and they were not chill, i almost always ran into another human. It was as if they knew that I was not a threat, and knew that I knew that they were to be respected. I'm also fairly certain that at least some people who go out there have shot at the crows. I think that before my first interaction with them, someone must have shot one. My patience with them 'proved' it was not me, and I was given the clearance to walk in the woods in peace.

Crows are very loyal and protective; they love to play and can make friends with any species (crows and wolves are naturally good friends). When you feed them and befriend them, crows start considering you part of their clan/family so they will look after you. That includes calling for help if you're injured, attack whatever is going after you, bring you gifts, keep you company, etc. Always make sure you shoo away any potential predators to them or their babies and they will love you forever !!! Moreover, crows tend to live to be around 20 years old and near their parents' nest so this can go on for *decades*.

For the 4th story Arrested; OP should've only pulled a gun if he thought his life was threatened, when you pull a gun not out of self defense you get more legal consequences then you would if the guy was actually trying to hurt you. Op never said if the guy was a threat to his or his friend's lives so OP was seen as the aggressor in that story and treated as such.

He didn't even say that he felt threatened with his life. He only said he pulled out a gun on the dude because the guy was trying to steal his things.
