Theory: EmKay is actually voiced by one person but he/she just use different voices to make it sound like different people. Remember this is just a theory and nothing more.
It's mostly bots who are programmed to do that, even though dislike is in RU-vid's point of view better than if person (in this case bot) didn't react to video in any way. RU-vid basically counts it as interaction. So whoever made those bots to dislike videos is pretty dumb :-)
