I'm about to use jb weld extreme heat , same stuff just premixed, to fix small oil leak from chip in bottom crankcase on GSXR 750 , after seeing your video i'm sure it will work for me also, thanks for sharing mate.
i found a similar leak on my bike, i used jb stik weld jus now , waitin for it to dry. hope it holds . it leaks lesser oil than what yours puked but i just cleaned up around the area and applied the stick weld.
Patching up an oil leak on my Harley's engine case which has a hairline crack. Looks like it will hold. Do you have to sand the JB Weld before painting it?
@@azzkam8972 Used it on the cooler and so far so good, Only ran it once so far (not a ride though due to lockdown) but fingers crossed it holds. It sets stupid tough. Cheers for your video I'd have never thought of using it.
I have a zx10r an it has a hairline crack between crank case and trans , leaks oil consistently but not aggressively . Going to attempt the jb weld . Have you been riding aggressively after the jb weld ? Because I’m a pretty aggressive rider I’m just thinking if this is going to be a permanent fix
Azz Kam Mine is just leting water In to my cylinder at the piston smallest crack... Someone glued it before me and had it for a few weeks what one did you use what's it jb weld what... I seen the putty it was shit
macker b not sure of the specific name but the pictures the beginning of the video I got two tubes one with a grey paste and one with a black paste and you have to mix them both together.
