Hey I know you don’t get an absolute boatload of views on these videos, but I just wanna say I’m following this project VERY closely. Your work is going extremely well, and I’m admiring your drive on this project (no pun intended). I’m definitely interested in doing a similar project with my own spare time. Please keep documenting and uploading. It’s great content!!
No problem! Right now I'm trying to figure out how to remove vats. Tomorrow welding new engine mounts and an6 plug for return tank. Alot of work needs to done!
@@leesgarage7 pardon my negligence on some terminology. Is vats a GM term? I know a ton of Mercedes stuff, down to intricate ECU programming for their 1997-2012 cars, but GM engines and ECU stuff are alien to me. Either way, keep it up!!!
@@leesgarage7 interesting. I’m following along to see what you do. My idea was going to be flip the exhaust manifold and just stick a turbo in the engine compartment
Yes stock brakes. Also you have to lower the parking brake mechanism if you are wanting a custom driveshaft. After that you will need to adjust park brake which is super easy. All you need to remove rear wheels and a flat head screwdriver
