Day 1!
Welcome to my Iceland series. I am riding my S1000RR from the UK to Iceland, by myself.
I’ll try and upload regularly with my day to day activities and experiences, but I can only do this with wifi so it might come in a bit staggered…
I hope you enjoy! Right now I’m at day 3 in Denmark so I have some catching up to do…see you soon 💖

Well done Liz, Pinky looks well smart all neatly packed up and ready to go. Stock up on those energy bars to keep the blood sugar levels in order when long gaps between meals👍 All the best for the trip. Cheers.

If you put plug in bath and fill with a little water it will keep the plants going for days. They will draw the water up from the bottom. Enjoy your trip.

That works but does occasionally kill off the more sensitive ones - much better to just ask my mom to water them 🥰

Also, I have this fear that if I leave the plug in and something goes wrong with the plumbing and the tap starts running, it’ll flood the house, because my bath tub doesn’t have an overflow drain 😬

I’ve been on that one but not for years - don’t they hand you a pillow and a bit of rope and you have to tie your bike to a railing or something 😬

@@R1_Liz they did the first couple of times I used it but now they tell you to leave it in gear and bugger off. You still have to untie your own bike at the other end though 🤣

What the f ... is that? Travelling on suberbike designed for circuit race max 30- 90min rides, then you fall off cause you cant feel your limbs.... lady buy train/bus/plane ticket.
