A special of bringing back the old voice for a special occasion like this one! The subway is the backbone of the city and thus, it must keep moving forward, with these new cars as a step! Yup, I definitely enjoy the red lights when the doors close as well as the fact the arrows aren't stickers. And yes, yellow seats! The seats are colored deep blue and yellow after the New York state flag. Some of the yellow seats are flip seats that are meant to allow space for wheelchairs!
I'm so glad you're bringing back the old voice and shoes, when I was around 5 years old I would always watch your videos. I enjoyed the high-pitched voice and the onomatopoeia shoes, lots of nostalgia going on right now.
The current SuprToe with frequent face reveals knows OMNI well that he loves to OMNI Smack, but love how the 2017 SuprToe still does not know how to use OMNI in 2023 lol
The MTA trolling you with so many R46s...gotta love it! One of the things that makes the NYC Subway the NYC Subway are the people and it shows how wonderful of a person you are when the fans are excited to be on the same train as you!

Future recommendation If you’re waiting for a specific train its better to wait at a dual track island like Fulton Street so that you don’t miss it if its going the other way
Yeah I thought about that, but last time I took a train to start at Rockaway Blvd (not an island, I know, but it's where it splits off) I saw it pass by going the other way.
Next time, as a Californian, if I go to NYC, I must ride the R2 11. Man, I was laughing in the middle of the video when you said the folding seats on the R1 43 trains went Duguluduguluduh!!

I caught the R211 on this second day of service. I was waiting at 175 street but I gave up and went going to 145 street I saw it going towards 168 so I waited at 59 street and skip my program to catch it and it was also a Lefferts Blvd bound
I think the Lefferts branch should be designated as the K to make it easier for foreigners to know where the train is headed, since only the Rockaway branch serves the airport. Speaking of this, the rush-hour-only Rockaway Park branch should be H and the 5’s rush-hour-only Nereid branch should be 8. This way, no line will have more than one branch.
What are your thoughts about the R211s? They’re really nice trains. But I’ll miss the R46s because those had been in New York since 1975. I like how there’s one yellow seat and the rest are dark blue and all the security cameras inside are nice but they invade your privacy.

Hi Suprtoe! WooHoo R211 anyway here is my route R train from court street to Canal Q to 14 street L to 6th avenue 1 to 34 street 2 to times square 7 to Grand Central 5 to 14 street and L to Wilson Avenue
They should have a feature on the r262s where they say every train and bus transfer on kiosk also the mta should add a another feature where it would let you interact with them on all kiosk about useful information like service changes all bus and train transfer all exit locations and etc heck why not get rid of unnecessary advertisements and add useful information I'm telling you they will help a lot especially tourists that don't know NYC well
Recommendation: if you want to catch it again, it does NOT show up on the countdown clocks on the app or in stations. So look for a big gap in 207 St bound A service or if the clock says 2-3 Far Rockaway bound trains in a row or Lefferts Blvd bound trains in a row, it will likely be in between.

well yes they are rare but soon they will be not so rare because they just came out 2nd, they only ordered a small bunch of R211’s ( R211T R211A R221 R211S)
If you want to see more LED lights at the doors then go to Montreal for the Montreal Metro on the Green and Orange lines for the MPM-10 trains aka Azur
Two open gangway trains (R211T) will *hopefully* enter testing later this year. Depending on how testing goes, MTA might or might not commit to more of them.

Can you take the (4) (A) from 125 St to Hoyt Schemermermemerhorm? And could you take it at precisely 10:43 AM on Sunday. Why? No reason. Totally won't be there... 😉
