It's a remastered and extended version you can find in the third limited extra disc of the 20th anniversary album of the soundtrack, you can check the information here:
vgmdb.net/album/84708
It was originally composed by Kohta Takahashi, and remastered by Shinji Hosoe.
I couldn't find it on youtube, so here it is.

I love how the drums sound like the pistons and back fire of the engine, the arps represent the RPM lights, the Electric guitar is the throttle. This is why this part 0:50 and 1:13 hit so fucking crazy.

I used to play Move me when Forza Horizon 3 supported Grove music. Trust me, I had a G29 and using a 240sx s13 in the game like it was NFS: Undercover. I love this song, it has many musical styles... The original sounded like a jungle tune made by somebody who also loves rock, but firmly rooted in jungle. This one seems to lean heavier to the rock side. Check out my remix on my channel, I went full Drum and Bass for my mix :D
