That was just epic. Did you notice what good shape the roads were in. Not a pothole in sight. The Japanese really take care of their transportation infrastructure unlike in the U.S.
Notice how there's nowhere to hide a cop car, on the Sides of these roads? In the US, we have Overpasses, Shoulders, Ditches, etc.... A million places to park a Cop Car. If I knew there was no place to hide a Cop Car on the Road I was on, I'd go "Hammer-Down", too.
+Syrus54 lol @ 3:39 there is a police station on the left with a famous unmarked silver crown that busts the unsuspecting. There are also more than a few little shoulders where cops park to catch people.
+Syrus54 I work in some DOT. IMHO shoulder is not a cost efficient design, and should be avoided. As material cost is more and is a waste of tax payers money. Anyways, if you'd like, welcome to Houston, look at US-290 (North West Freeway), take a look there. At least on Google Map.
When a rollercoaster and a racetrack have a baby but they have to hide it in the public road network;) Amazing, makes sense that it ends up in multiple video games!
mannnnn. i wish covid was never a thing. i was supposed to go to Japan 2 years ago in the spring but that january covid hit the world.. my plan was to get to tokyo, stay in shibuya and hopefully rent a decent car.. i wanted to go with a bit of extra cash and see if i can find a decent s13 RHD and ship it back for $2k. i wanted to go to daikoku, drive the C1, drive the kanjo loop, head out to osaka and sight see around there and kyoto and explore anywhere else i wouldve had the time to in a 2 week stay. but now i dont even know if tourists are allowed in still and flight ticket prices have gone through the roof. any extra money i wouldve had to buy a car and ship it home would now be spent on the flight 😢😢
I'm interested in seeing how american jdm built cars would withstand the c1, as you know we build your cars differently, for instance we set up our supras more for drag top speed, not really much turns in our highways, but those open straight roads would be amazing to combat Japanese built jdm cars on.
from daikoku merging into yokohane then entering the legendary c1 and then merging again with yokohane plus a little a bit of wangan...wow how i know all of this huhuhu....wangan midnight forever ~~~
@@PentaYOOO actually its called belt loop into c1 and into belt loop again to tatsumi again or correct me if im wrong but thats what i learnt from a huge mod on a game
@@uphori1484 Yes it's also called Belt Loop but the highways Route 9 is called Fukagawa. After C1 he doesn't go back on the Belt Loop (that wouldn't even be possible, since he would need to continue on C1 to go back on the Belt Loop) he takes the exit towards Rainbow Bridge. Which is Route 11,Daiba Route and connects C1 with Bayshore and Yokohane
Holy shit, this whole time I thought Import Tuner Racing Vid Game was fake.... the maps are real... never seen this vid and I know the turns!! i'm mind blown right now, thx for upload!
most recent obsession, watching these free-way runs, now that I'm closer in my financial goal towards by dream JDM. Shame about USA freeways where nighttime is all about road construction or speed traps by troopers.
"Disclaimer: 7TUNE does not condone the actions taking place in this footage." What, driving at roughly the speed limit and speeding up the footage 150-200%? Look at the speed differential between him and toaster vans, he's clearly not going all that fast.
Yeah he is speeding a bit but on a safe way like maby he likes to be fast but not all the time hahah look at 2:06 the bike 😂 but In my opinion I would not drive different if I had such an expensive car 🤷♂️😂
