Casablanca is a nice modern city but Rabat holds more treasures as It is very historical, a Berber, Phoenician, Roman gem rebuilt by the Moorish Almohads of Morocco during the 12th century
Beautiful country. Lovely people, 5 star service. I’ve Visited Tangier and Tetouan 🇲🇦💪 Still to visit the rest of the Kingdom. Lots of love to all Moroccans 🇲🇦❤️❤️❤️ Greetings from Tunisia 🇹🇳 ❤️🇹🇳🇲🇦❤️
A great sense of purity and openness of the ancient monuments of a prestigious civilization took my enjoyment to another height, beautifully reflected in your video. And your donuts looked so good.
funfact : if you wish to know how Hassan Tower would've looked like if finished. You can visit La Giralda in Seville. It's a Cathedral now but it was an old mosque first built back in 9th century under Ummayad reign. A Sultan (during- Almohade dynasty reign-) in the 12th century, wanted to celebrate some victory by having twin towers in (now- Rabat Morocco) and another in (now-Spain Seville). One was finished, the other not. But yeah that's what it would look like. A lot of Southern Spain architecture was built around the time Moroccan Sultans ruled iberian peninsula so you'd see a lot of similarities.
8:34 it's look like Prune (dried plum), not dates.. It can be eaten as it is, but it's more delicious when cooked in a sugar syrup, served into the famous "Beef Tagine with Prunes" ! have nice trip & welcome to Morocco
Good Morning guys. It is a beautiful morning in Perth. I am glad Matt and Molly are having a good time in Morocco. Enjoy yourselves while you can. Is it hot there. We are having a bit of rain here. So unusual to have rain in October. I am lucky to be living in Perth. Melbourne is flooded. Everything over here has sky rocketed. Perth is expensive, but I suppose, that is life. Take care, stay safe, keep smiling, and God Bless.
Harriet and i did not get to go to Rabat. It sounds like you would recommend it. Did you like the food there ? Hope you enjoyed the City of Rabat. Looking forward to more from this series. Sending you much love 🙏❤🙏 from Richmond, Va. Harriet, Jim and Yuki.
@@dabbleandtravel Is there a lot of vegetarian food in Morocco? Yes, orange trees have flowers. Orange blossom honey is the best and sweetest. Almond baklava sounds delicious; it probably had rosewater in it. Yum! Greetings from Florida, USA
Non organized travels are much more exciting and cheeper since we Moroccans are easy-going, friendly and hospitable people especially when you go to the deep Moroccan villages, but I understand when you choose to go in an organized tour since it's a foreign country and you don't know what to expect.. Have a great stay 🇲🇦🙏♥️
Welcome to Morocco. I wish you a happy and wonderful vacation. I hope that you will visit the Moroccan city of Marrakech, which is really very beautiful, and to try tangy food, as well. The roast lamb is really wonderful ❤️🇲🇦
The cookie that looked like a bar of soap probably has the orange blossom ( flower not flour) water. And covered with powdered sugar. In Morocco orange blossom water is used in baking as well as in tea.
Wow Molly and Matt that’s country so beautiful very nice scenery thank you for coming there so beautiful enjoy guy’s your beautiful adventures 👍👏👌🥰🥰🥰🌾🌾🌾
We need more people like you, many believe that we still have camels and tents and desert ,. they dont know that a life exist and there is humans outside the west.. and there is civilizations .. it a big problem.. i know the media brainwashing played a big part in this.. but we live in the time of internet.. everyone can give a look to how others live.. and their history.. anyway have fun in morocco A fact about morocco, it was the bridge between the muslim world and europe, the knowledge of the muslims golden age.. was transported to europe.. and later on that helped with the renaissance.. long story short you can search for it "Andalucia" history the golden age of muslims.. you may find youtube videos that why you can find many cultural similarities between morocco and spain.. like tarab andalusi.. (a type of music) and many other things
THANKS for sharing your videos, for your contagious positive energy & your refreshing smiles... I hope you enjoy your stay in Morocco.. Wherever you go, go with all your heart (Confucius) BIG SALAM from casablanca

Haha btw those were not dates those were dried apricot, they’re not eaten raw like that they’re usually used in a tajin, but yeah they’re not as tasty as dates
still you missed a lot of places in rabat to visit especially outside rabat. too bad u leave i could have help show u around and by the way the tour will be just a banking building not really like borj khalifa because bank of africa are building for their HQ
what a great video! I was born and raised in Rabat I like your cultural knowledge and your guys's chemistry, definitely hit subscribe after that Chefchaouen teaser. enjoy your stay
Because the tour organizers tend to show this couple what they want ,not the wealthy side of Morocco;even the Moroccan cuisine which is one of the most delicious, diversified in the world isn't well represented in this video,it's just unrealistic, unfair approach to Moroccan tourism 🧐
@@abdul-qf2fe normally organized travel is like that; it doesn't give you the chance to discover everything because they have to visit many cities in a limited time.
The place looks beautiful but wouldn't fancy all that unhealthy sweet stuff. Were there no fruit or nuts? What would street food be like? I get really hungry walking around! Thanks!
We did a street food tour which you can see in Marrakech and Fez. As for Rabat we only were there for a few hours but it’s the capital so there will be lots of healthy options
I'm really so happy to see people from allover the world visiting my country and enjoying their trips there, exploring themselves the rich culture and the beauty of country. Hope to see you visiting Morocco again and again!
Casablanca was amazing, I happy for both of you for your 17 vacations days in the Eiddle East the videos was awesome thank you for sharing your vacation with us....
as a rebaty (born and live in rabat-sally) and resident in Vancouver Canada. I never been impressed by how Canada is because I left my home paradise , everything has a joyful test , Bessaha & Marhaba Bekum
brilliant job guys well done and happy that you have enjoyed. a little error kept repeating about the tower, it's burj mohamed 6th, burj means tower basically.... all the best
