B) 2 - 2½ kg of cleaned onions, C) 1 glass (200 ml) of olive oil and 1 glass (200 ml) of seed oil, D) 2 glasses of commercial vinegar (400 ml), E) 2 glasses of dry wine (400 ml), G) 1 stalk of celery, H) 2 bay leaves, I) 2 cinnamon sticks, I) 5-6 black pepper seeds and K) 2 spoons of coarse salt. Note: If your vinegar is too sour, replace some of it with wine.
