I throw this in both river and lake, mostly river but in lakes it is a really good pattern during the early fall when the water temp drops overnight but warms during the day. It is really good for post frontal conditions and is one of those jigs that does well in water temps from 60 degrees down to the low 40s.

I pour my own jig heads and I believe the closest thing you'll find is the Owner Ultra football head but it uses the 5318 light wire hook and the 1/8oz uses a size #1 hook. You can use any hook and head combination you like with this jig, I've tied them on ball heads and I'd used size #1 hooks as well as some that were 2/0.
James, I'm afraid pics of my shop won't help you. I'm as disorganized as can be and my tools I keep in a small Sterilite container. It is 11" high and has 5 drawers and my tools are put in those drawers. I have to shift stuff around every time I do a video. I have to make room so I have a spot to put the camera and the monitor. So my work bench is more of a mobile work station as everything on it is never in the same place for very long.
