I missed this race today think it was 12:45 pm leguna seca time but it was 2:45 pm Florida time and I didn’t know that all its schedules were eastern time and not the time zone of which the race is being held
We've got your content covered for the weekend too! WeatherTech Championship race available today and the Michelin Pilot Challenge race will be available Saturday.
I don't understand: what status/rating has a pro-am driver? In europe pro-am means, that there is one pro driver (platin, gold or silver) and one am driver (bronze) sharing one car. But here is only one driver. Can someone explain?
Straight from the rulebook..... Eligibility for Pro-Am: Drivers in the Pro class who are at minimum 35 years of age and up to 56 years of age as of January 1, 2022 may apply for participation approval in the Pro-Am Driver Award Program. PMNA and IMSA shall make the sole and final determination of eligibility, which is Conclusive. Eligibility evaluation parameters include: i. Age; ii. FIA Driver Rating (Art. 11.5); iii. Previous experience; iv. On-track performance. For more info, please feel free to have a look at the official Sporting Regs: www.imsa.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/32/2022/03/14/2022-IMSA-SPORTING-REGULATIONS-and-SSR-PCCNA-Blackline-031422.pdf
cant believe he didnt get called on spinning the other car around, he made no effort to lift off and actually seemed to turn into the other car, then laps later forces a car out in the same place.
@@maxilos1987 exactly, definitely turned left further into him after initial contact, usually IMSA is right on top of those things, guess we'll see in upcoming races how other drivers race McCarthy, as race fans know, if they think they've been wronged then they'll settle it themselves. Sometimes on the track, other times off....as long as nobody gets more than a black eye or bloody nose, I'm supportive.
