You’ve been here from the start merv so you’ve certainly seen the lows we have had which is all part and parcel of racing pigeons. But this will be one we remember for a long time! Hi Richard, we stop road training after first one, we feel they don’t need it, Again each to there own, but along as there ripping round the house nicely we are usually happy with that Richard 👍

I think routine is the massive part which I believe starts when racing finishes right through the winter Andrew, ours was abit out of sorts with the work we done but made sure routine was always the same. I think keenness is down to understanding the system and getting the pigeons heads into gear so they know what they need to do. I think them traps are also a big advantage since getting one! Feeding starts with a light sports mixture and by the last 4 feeds it’s a heavier mix. We try and chance every year to see what changes in pigeons or there reactions to it! Overall we will see once the miles go up how they do mate 🤞🤞
