Vice and Paradise , actually badly applied tax cuts cause economic disparity. For example, you give a large corporation a tax cut. They are inclined to keep those saving and post them on there balence sheets as profits in order to bulster there stock price (if publicly traded or as profit if not.) Now give those same tax cuts to a section of the population that has to spend that money the our consumer driven economy will get a boost in proportion to the size of the cut.

Which means to ensure security and survival one must destroy the competition. Where this can't happen you collude to destroy all outside the collaborating corporations. It's a good idea and it certainly is possible to run such a company. I've been having this very thought too for a few years now too.

I did build a company where the majority of the profits were rewarded to the employees for 18 years. When I offered the employees control of actually running the company; they refused out fear of being accountable. In the end, they just wanted to remain being employees. Good luck to you!
