2 strokes are always underestimated. Used to ride a 500cc 2 stroke that had a nasty ass early power band. I miss that zing zing....anyhow...bad ass job.
When u are at 6 gear doing full throttle and you put the clutch in and spam gears to 1 while you got speed for 5 or 6 gear. Thats how you break the transmission quick.
Could you tell me the problem? The trans is not connected while holding the clutch? I don't see anything wrong and Ive done it a lot with my 50cc when i drove it :D I don't know a lot of pitbikes tbh..
@Pedro Huerta hahahah every bike has short gears but even more the ones with less cc + the bike doesnt even sound like its in pain dude. Please get a better bike dude 80cc? Like common, just tells you a kid. So please stfu.
Used to have a 2008 thumpstar 110cc and I couldn't keep up with my mates little kx 65 those bikes are no joke, this dude riding it like a 4 stroke tho 😂
Ya have never been on a ktm 65 lol you have to shift it fast, yes he could had stretched the gear abit but ktm 65 power band is low end..so soonest you put a gear you feel it pulling but just for afew sec that’s why he’s shifting fast 🤫I have one & I have long gear it but fast shifting you pull I have beat ktm 105 & Yamaha warrior 350 in my lil 65
65 was an obvious win because it’s a race bike compared to the 125 it ain’t meant for that. Also you are going through the gears way too fast, shifting up and shifting down. You’ll break that bike way faster if you continue to ride like that
I think in top end they both would be around the same but 2strokes has the best acceleration so long dusty road they would be both hitting like near 60mph
65 aint doing 60mph not on standard gearing.. My 160cc does 75mph and thats after i changed front and back sprockets more teeth on the front and less on the rear.
Has that ktm got vforce reeds and has it got stock pipe ? I went on one with vforce 3 reeds and front wheel don't stay on the floor I ride a ktm 85 vforce reeds and the 65 Is so much more fun because all it wants to do is wheelie
min is 2017 has HGS full system exhaust Vforce 3 reeds and reed spacer after billet power valve after market power valve adjuster and a $700 mikuni 28 mm twin venturi carby there is nothing alse you can do to it besides port the cylinder its way to fast haha good fun to ride but this my last year racing the ktm 65 im on to my new yz 85 next year
Apples to oranges comparison....your riding a state of the art 2 stroke. Vs a china knockoff 125 4 stroke.....come on bruh.....😅 u coulda at least gave the kid a 2 second head start.
