What the hell was George's problem? He intentionally causes a caution by stopping on the back straight away, then he causes the crash between 3 and 4, then he throws a temper tantrum like he's the one that got wronged somehow? Wtf
@bumpnrunracing8163 If your wallet ain't deep enough maybe you should find a less expensive sandbox to play in. Drivers and car owners take that risk every time they touch the track. It's no excuse acting like that.
@@scottw2157 my wallet is fine. I spend plenty of money and late nights keeping our team going. There's a difference between racing incidents and morons. On the initial start the 66 was half under the leader. His rear end was barely on the ground to where he couldn't fire. Then he continues to drive like a moron the rest of the race. Maybe yall do things different on asphalt. As far as I see it you can drive however you want. But remember every action causes a reaction.
This brother gets his first win, gets emotional dedicating it to his dad, says he would have been perfectly content to have finished fifth and the 23 driver and his goon squad act like idiots, like the 23 is supposed to win. I believe the best man won this time! 🏆
If he was content getting 5th then why bump people from behind in the turns and side swipe drifting wide to force people faster than you out of the way? Just dirty racing and got away with it.
I loved racing back in the day, I had a 76 camaro, ran stock front springs, ran the stock leaf springs in the rear, the motor was stock with165,000 miles on it, ran a stock clutch, stock oil pan stock shocks, and turned 12 second laps on a quarter mile track, and when I retired, I took the engine apart, and the cam had one lobe that was perfectly round and a second one close to it, I even had a limited late put me in the wall because he couldn't get around me, my cars always created controversy but somehow it had a great setup, good times
Haha I'm not even from your country redneck. You sure like to mention brokeback mountain alot , everyone reading this knows its your favorite movie & based on your life. Did it hurt when "your man" was blowing your back out !? 😆 F ing Lowlife
@@gagespearsracing7270 What about you dooring and spinning the #56? #56 left more room for you, than you did the #66. I guess if that's way you want to work it, #56 should've taken you out. Going in there was a half a car length between you & the #56 and you was at the line. When Contact was made you was pretty much a full lane away from the line. Also what you can't handle your own problems so your dad has to?
@@Corky3D me and the 56 have talked abt it I’m inexperienced and didn’t mean to get into him this is my first season with a car that runs and drives first time my car has been fast and still adjusting to a new car. I don’t wanna run anyone dirty and have talked to the 56 and told him I’ll expect it back and deserve it back. Also my dad doesn’t have to take care of my problems I can and wasn’t gonna try I was faster than the 66 and was gonna go back by him clean if I had the chance
Well, now we understand why your dad didn’t win. He’s out there, trying to fight your battles. Let your dad know when he become a man. So he can just focus on driving his car instead of driving yours and his.
This looks like the last few seasons at Greenville-PIckens Speedway, no race cars or people showing up anymore. I was at this track back in 90s and it was packed with cars and spectators. Oh and what freak show this was, the driver the crew and all the crazy people hanging out.
Remember my first time running a Sportsman back in the day at this track. Never seen the place before. There was a lady I heard was a sheriff's deputy. She spanked our asses that night if my memory is correct. That is one fast speedway.
Do you know what short track gets the biggest crowds? Bowman gray and they do way worse than this. The tracks not letting people show any drama at all is the death of short tracks. That was most of the reason for going when I was younger, you had rivalries and chose your drivers. Now we go once or twice a month and I don't even know any of the newer drivers names because what's the point? They can't do anything to stick out or they'll get parked.
From a crowd perspective you are 100% correct, but from a builder/driver perspective replacing 3 or more cars a year because of a psycho will decrease cars counts. Decreased car counts give those fans nothing to watch, and when the cars and fans go away you get a new subdivision.
Everyone hating on 23.... no one else saw 66 bumping folks from behind and side swiping to win? If you want to hate on 23 you should be just as upset at 66.
Instead of red light they ran 18 cars half track for @least ten minutes and the guy in the lead stopped and told a worker that we have clutches in this kind of car so back in line up they put him in back for stopping. He still won the race
not much of a field of cars, Saturday night racing has priced itself almost out of business, today you are racing your pocketbook, which takes all the fun out of racing, when I raced we started in a field of 34-40 cars every Saturday night, that was fun racing and didn't break the bank, if this is what racing looks like now then its not worth going to watch anymore
To drive all the way out to New Smyrna and pay to get in to see this less than adolescent sportsmanship would get me more mad than those drivers. And superstock used to be my favorite class, forget it. Might as well be strictly stock.
I mean 66 spins 56 on the restart, 23 goes to the outside coming up quick on turn 1, 66 slides up the track to block 23’s run which I didn’t really see a problem. Then cuts scenes a few times until 66 spins another guy 37 causes a caution when 58 and 23 were running away. Cuts scenes again. Then 58 spins 56 when white flag is out and 23 running away with it. Then 23 blows it on a restart and causes a caution for no reason. Then 23 tries to spin 66 on a restart turn 1, then tries but fails to run 66 up the track on turn 3 and spins himself while 56 is spinning 58. I just see a lot of sloppy driving all around.
anyone see the 58 tag the rr of the 23 just before the incident at the 4:27 mark? thats what got him loose into the 66? ( for the love of god please outline your numbers better ) not defending the 23 he still acted terrible.
Looks like the 23 tried to take out the 66 and wrecked himself, taking the rest of the field with him, then ran 66 off the front stretch. Gage has more cool than his pops in this race.
What did the winner do wrong? Maybe a lil bit of a jump on restart, and thats why 23 petitioned, but really? 5 cars in the field, and he restarted 3rd. George - i hope you read these comments, because you were clearly wrong, and being a baby. Get a grip
He was brought down pit road spoke to an officiand then sent to the pits parked directly behind trailers while the remaining laps of the race were ran. How in the world are you going to say they didn't park him?
Congrats to the winner....does his own work, isn't in this for fame. Appreciates his family. This isn't filthy rich crybabies of Nascar, this is what racing is REALLY about.
The child driving the 23 should be banned for the season. He had the fastest car on the track but is too hot headed to put a race together. After he messes up the restart he intentionally causes a caution. Then Spins himself out and blames someone else. Then is driving like an ass in the pits putting other people in danger. What a good example to set for your son. People that blame others for their short comings hate themselves. Congrats to the 66 on his first win!
This is definitely a clown show.... lol..... I thought they were in slow motion for a little bit. Do any of the drivers actually have a driver's license ?
@@beliedat2457that’s funny considering you go back to last year and watch him won three races and passed everyone clean😂maybe it’s because the 66 decided to jump the start and door me
#23 come to any iowa dirt and get beat see how far whining and attempted intimidation get you when did this become some kind of teamsport where ill get you if you run into my buddie? ? I bet any sponsorship you have was embaraced as hell it would do you wonders to come to iowa and race a season
