Great job !!Thankfully all I had to anchor down was 2 small trees. Prepped and ready here outside of Ocala. I’m 36 miles inland- it’s the wind that will make it real here. Prayers for all who are in the path. 🙏

You were brave leaving that case open while you worked. Luckily the 10mm, 1/2" and 9/16" didn't escape! Oh, and fun fact, they make a ratcheting breaker bar now. Bought one at O'Rielly's Auto parts store.

Those anchors are different than i had to put in for my 14x60 manufactured home in Michigan. Heck i had to go down below 4' frost line. I had to use a rachet and wrench w a strap around the beam. 20 on each side underneath the trailer. That was in 2007 i was 43 then no way i could do that now at 60. Good job on it. Tornado be the only thing pulling that out of the ground.

@@RidgeLife the trouble you had was that you had to put the anchors at a severe angle if say you took a 2' x 2" x 4" to the side of the runner on the bottom of the shed it would be closer to the outer edge of the shed So easier to lag

Tim, a channel "Off Grid With Jay And Jen" just released a video, they are replacing their lead acid battery Solar System with the new lithium batteries, tripling their power capabilities. Includes putting the rack and batteries together, charge controller and inverter. They hope to take from a bare floor to fully operational. Don't know if would help you or David or not, hope so! ❤❤

Get yourself a 3/8 or 1/2 inch Cobalt impact gun. They will definitely do the job. Impact drivers aren't meant for that heavy duty kind of work.

Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm and Universal Studios that brings in quiet a bit of tourist. Only have rarely any earthquakes and if you do it's just a soft little hardly anything I think the two big ones we had were1920s San Francisco in 1932 or 3 in Long Beach California not too far for where I am and I was born right after that. They had to rebuild parts of Long Beach. One up north of here in the valley in about 40 miles from me but my mother's built1927 still good when I sold it. No hurricanes or tornadoes here.

That's why I explained all that why we have higher prices because of where we live period oh I forgot San Diego California was SeaWorld and then about 50 miles away there's three or four or five Indian casinos. I used to do all those things when I was young but I just happy to stay in my apartment but there's a lot of things to do here and I guess we're paying for the weather that's what I was explaining to you and the beaches and the restaurants at the beaches beautiful.

Hi Tim, you know I wasn't thinking quick when you said it was so expensive in California you know why because of our weather and the beach you pay for the beach makes the rent higher especially if you live near it of course like we do we're only a few miles from it and the weather is 75 and 80 all year round we only had two weeks of hot weather in the summer they'll probably be in the winter about2 weeks of rain that's the only thing bad we get that drought a lot of tourists here I don't live too far from

I’d say prices are 30-40% higher for everything in California as compared to Tennessee from my experience. Especially housing. We don’t have any taxes either!

All sheds need to be anchored down, but don't make it sound like the ridge is going to get a direct hit from the hurricane....although, from what we see on your videos, you do seem to be dramatic about e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. - LOL 🤣
