@@TechPopop Thank you. I realized that on Sunday when my shoes got too small after 10km. I believe the sole should be thinner too, shouldn't it?

@@Chrystallaki if you are a regular runner and also competing, I suggest that you change shoes regularly or you must have three pair of shoes, don’t wait for your shoes to be worn out before changing it, your foot might get injured. Don’t buy second hand or cheap shoes, always get the best.

@@TechPopop I run in Hokas but I feel the sole is too thick. Can you recommend anything other than Hokas which give me great support that I need but perhaps are too thick soled. I also train in Nike and Adidas but for long distances Hokas give me the best support.

Interesting that during slo-mo video there is NO double contact phase. As a racewalker years ago I always questioned the subjective judging as it pertains to "lifting". My thought is that if every elite racewalker is lifting all the time how can that rule be inforced. Some walkers are clearly able to camouflage this infraction better than others.
