Yeah I got the cold thing going around too. Sapped my energy and ability to run. I didn't race particularly well as well this weekend either. I think it is going to take a bit to get over it. 2024 has not been a great year for running performances -- hopefully part 2 will be better. I could tell you were working hard by your breathing in this one. Hopefully you clear the cold by the time your race happens.
