Racer X Films: Shadowing Doc G at the Races

Doc G is a full-time chiropractor in addition to traveling to the races on the weekends to “tune-up” the riders. He’s worked with just about every top rider in the past 20 years beginning with Tim Ferry and Ezra Lusk. You can follow him on Instagram at @teamdrg.
Doc G’s current patients at the races include: Marvin Musquin, Cole Seely, Cooper Webb, Christian Craig, Justin Bogle, Broc Tickle, Aaron Plessinger, Austin Forkner, and more.
We shadowed him for a day at the races and it was as educational as it was entertaining.

What is hilarious about it is chiropractors have the title "dr" just as dentists do and PhD recipient's do. Fuck when I was in the Marines we call our corpsman doc and they are far from it. You gonna cry about that too?

Zach G firstly, thank you for your service. If you care to understand my position and why I care so much to comment about it, please read my reply in the other post you mentioned. In short, there is no reasonable comparison in qualification between a chiropractor and any doctor in dentistry, the medical field or academia. Nowhere in the medical field or academia will they recognize a "DC" as a doctor. They just aren't even close. It's like saying an AS degree and a PhD are the same, or even close. And Marines calling a corpsman is like a nickname and probably a sign of respect. Not a big deal. I don't see that being the same as someone calling themselves a doctor. I doubt, if asked, a corpsman would call themselve a doctor out of respect for those who are doctors.

Whoever has studied a little bit of medicine and phisioterapy, knows that's absolutley NOT THE WAY TO HEAL/PREPEAR athlets just stratching and working With their sport dresses on!! You cant even say that you help to recover From the crashes rider Without a medical crew that prescribes it! ( I think)
