@@MelodycdSuwe all know his name it’s just a mouthfull to say rachmaninoff piano concerto No. 2 when you can just say rach 2 and everyone knows what you’re talking about
Rach 3 with all the distractions around and still delivering a performance like that. Wow. A pneumatic hammer cannot take away the beauty of a well played piece. Thank you.
Title: Rach 3 Me: Listens Me: Is confused... maybe this is some special version? Me: Wait this sounds a lot like Rach 2.... Me: This guy plays amazingly.... but I don't recognise this Rach 3.... Video: Guy closes the sheet music and shows "CONCERTO NO.2" in bold words Me: I FUCKING KNEW IT! GREAT PERFORMANCE, BUT I FUCKING KNEW IT!!!
@@jordansanchez9948 Just keep it up, I'm on page 4 of the solo version at the poco piu moso part and it's taking me an eternity >.< ( edit : of mvt1 not mvt3 )
@@maximecloutier1223 I appreciate the words of encouragement, but I moved to learning something more at my level(Bach Partita no 2-Sinfonia). I've put in like 11 hours and I can play 1:30 seconds of it almost perfectly. However, I do applaud you for taking on something more challenging
Please, I think this is a friend of mine from Bridgeton NJ. I lost contact with him and don't know why. It always bothered me I called to talk to him one day and was told not to call back. He and I had just talked the day before, it was 13 years ago. I have always wondered what happened to him. He used to live beside an old church on commerce street. I used to talk to him all the time and then suddenly nothing. Can you please just ask him or get him in contact with me.
@@onethegogd5783 почему, чтобы наизусть играть такие большие произведения, надо тщательно готовиться заранее. Иначе без нот никак, даже если как этот человек хорошо разобраться в материале. Все равно с нотами чувствуешь себя уверенней.
We're not really buying that he is actually reading the sheet music, correct? Any of the Rach concertos are not something you can sit down and read. This is years and years of practice. Maybe the sheet music is there as a sort of 'security blanket' - but no way he's actually reading it during this performance. Not being mean - just being honest.
Y ese quien es??? NO creo que se a un tipo con camisa de cuadros y gorra que pasaba por ahí... para tocar así hay que ser muy bueno. Y mas esa porquería de piano
Bro what did I just listen to? smh It's clear that you actually know the notes, but that was more like 30% Rachmaninoff and 70% crash crash bang bang. be more musical regardless of who or where you are performing at. Don't sacrifice musicality for speed.
It's not too fast... In fact it's about Zimerman's tempo, which in my opinion is the best version. Also about being too loud, remember this isn't a grand piano and this is filmed in a park, so one has to play louder, due to all the surrounding noises
