WOW @maddow as a fiery 17 yr announcing to the world, at her high school graduation, she was a full-fledge progressive, outspoken, gutsy, brave woman. 👏These days, her mic would be cut off. How times have changed. Not #rachelmaddow. Always true to herself + high standards ❤
Like she always does, she's changing her original plan and doing what's really important. She starts a lot of her shows with "Well, I was going to talk about such and such, but something more important came up, so I'm going to talk about that instead.
It's remarkable to hear Maddow's young voice then, since I can still picture her do all that MSNBC action. Nothing has ever felt better than hearing her speak and bring such good vibes within herself.

I think I was trying to be funny, I really liked her speech- she seems witty, sharp and has good sense of humor. You have a lot of J's in your name too. :)

Watch it again, just out of the blue, without knowing who it, who she, became. It is a great HS graduation speech, the kind I wish I had, there is nothing wrong with it, it's not even political. Saying the word condom is political? It's not.
