She is such a multifaceted, phenomenally gifted and articulated star who boasts humility and can accentuate the tone of any atmosphere and lighten any intensity
Tons..? Eh, I beg to differ.. you don't know what tons looks like, but I'm sure you'd love to be kept young by all the cosmetic surgery celebrities have.. so I would stop projecting your jealousy if I were you dear.
@@Satrina777 Ummm...Chris Winton doesn't really look like someone who's dying for plastic surgery or to wear tons of makeup. I think that's your own...projection.
@@chriswinston1223 she's actually spoken about how she's against plastic surgery and botox as an actor because it inhibts expression. Sure makeup enhances her features but she has not had any surgical work done. You can see her crows feet when she smiles on close-ups. She's just genetically blessed.
@@chriswinston1223 Also, not smoking pot and cigarettes or drinking alcohol helps too. A lot of celebs get caught up in the party life and age horribly.
It's funny how the other day I was watching master chef Australia and nigella was there, and I didn't know anything about nigella before that, but the first thing that I kept thinking about was 'she's got to be related to Rachel' they look so alike it's not even funny.
Funny that Nicole and Rachel were at this table together. Kidman was set to star in the constant gardener, which Weisz won her Oscar for, but she had to pull out last minute because of filming conflicts.
She is one lady who understands that talent and acting roles work both ways regardless of gender and that each gender needs equal opportunities, way to go 😋
It's like they only want to say that Nicole Kidman could do Boy Erased & Destroyer in one year, but Rachel Weisz was only in The Favourite instead of also starring in Disobedience.
@@SleepFan771 the studios pretty much pay for them to be here. Highly doubt the miniscule money behind disobedience could put anything in to her 'fyc' campaign for disobbendience. Shame. It should be seen and talked about.
Oh my God Rachel Weiz is 49 now and this beautiful woman has hit the gene lottery! Ok yes makeup can help but the neck always shows your age and this beauty looks beautiful! Beautiful hair beautiful eyes beautiful skin what a lucky man Daniel Craig is! He hit the lottery beautiful smart and timeless wow! And on top of it all what a great body of work as an actress.
Whoa....ALL amazing women, method actors which is so rare these days, they all do their craft amazingly well and any time any of these women makes a movie or is in a play you know you will see raw, real women who know how to become their characters embracing everything about them. True professionals and always a pleasure to watch and learn from!
It broke my heart as a fan when she wasn't in The mummy 3. I'm really glad looking at Mummy videos that most people think the same. When Rachel Weisz plays a role, you can't recast it later, she's just too good.
I wonder what’s going on in everyone’s head. It feels like half of them are imagining the “disobedient” scene with Rachel. She’s really hot it burns. 🔥
rachel weisz is such a graceful actress the way she gesticulates, acts moves in a certain way is etherial, and very beautiful, she captures u. Nicole kidman is extremly beautiful but the plastic surgery has taken its toll on her.
well look at it this way the industry stops casting her pretty quickly in the roles she wants cause she has wrinkles so she says fuck it if im at the best of my game and im still losing because the industry is sexist and ageist then im going to milk the system. At the same time when they go on and on about real women and authenticity its like welllll girl i dont know about that. Also their ability and range to act is highly dependant on how much their face moves i mean i know mathew mcfadyne can bring me to tears with but a look in his eye but not everyone can do that.
well i kinda disagree, i think nicole actually looks better and fyi, rachel has obviously visited a plastic surgeon more than once too! nothing wrong with that, just sayin'...
no way nics lips are all fishy when she smiles they dont sit right very visable in the actors on actors vid with ammy adams and her whole jawline is strange she doesnt look like her younger self obviously but she doesnt even look like the older version of her self. Shes beautiful and i understand why she succumb she didnt want hollywood to dictate her roles but honestly her face barely moves now and she would have looked better without it. Rachel may have had fillers but i think its mostly healthy living on her part she still looks like herself plus she always had a baby face.
Isn’t it kind of counterproductive to have them on and discuss serious political issues while dressing them for some goofy photo display? It would be like having the dress code for the Iowa caucus be Hawaiian shirts.
it has always felt incongruous your right. i think it would be cool to have them just be themselves in their reg clothes around the table and then we see them do the shoot in the fancy clothes and watch the rest of the interview and see if it changes the way they answer questions. When they are all dolled up its still like part of the gig which is an extra reason why stylists are so popular. Those actors don't want to bring anymore of themselves to showbiz than they already are especially if they're kind of basic when it comes to aesthetics. its like all the rich people able to buy several houses at least two of which could be 60s james bond sets (ie anything designed by John lautner) but instead they're all gaudy and bland. They have the opportunity plus the parties to wear beautiful interesting clothes but they dont really give a shit about them, unless if affects popularity. The point is they dont need clothes to express themselves clearly but they have them anyway and dont really appreciate them but i guess me and my envy digress. We can all agree Rachel looks amazing and deserves everything and i hope Kathryn Hahn shall never be parted from her.
She has clearly shown that she can be just as pretty with a bunch of rotting meat on. Look at yourself in the mirror. I'm sure going around with a dot drown on your forehead is sign of faith where you come from, here IT MEANS NOTHING. So you see, what's beauty for you is not beauty to me. Which makes your comment irrelevant. You know why my comment is relevant? BECAUSE I DON'T SPREAD HATE, BUT TRUTH. Learn
I 'd like to see in this table:Pine,Gadot,Leto,Robbie!!!!! But most importantly I would love see the legendary actor who happens to be 7th time academy award nominee and winner,mr.Jeff bridges!!!!!!!
The Me Too movement was very important at the beginning, it helped actresses who may not have had the courage to stand up and demand action for the horrible things they have had to endure and have experienced. But it has progressed to this place where a lot of men from the industry are afraid to say anything because it could be taken out of context or misinterpreted leading to false accusations. False accusations being one of the worst parts of the whole thing, if a man said a crude joke then they could be accused for being in-decent on set, if a man accidentally brushed past they can then be accused of sexual misconduct. The actors are getting accused but without trial there is no evidence or proof, it is almost like witch trials where they are considered guilty without even listening to the accused side or looking at the proof or evidence. Aziz Ansari, Morgan Freeman, Jim Carey, Michael Douglass are just some of the people accused without evidence but ostracised. The issue being, A Person Was Always Considered Innocent Until Proven Guilty now thanks to Me Too it is Guilty Until Proven Innocent.
Not that gaga wasn't as brilliant as they said, she most likely is, i haven't seen it yet but shes a first time actor in a big film and usually these are seasoned actors so shes here because of fame primarily, which is cool and fine and whatever but its the same for bradley cooper babes. i mean spike lee has seriously only recently been getting big time award noms and Cooper, this famous white boy is already getting the round tables and the noms.
that's true but there are at least more tv shows and more popular films with people of color in them. These art house films usually do not have very diverse casts. But then Moonlight won an Oscar and I'd call that art house as well as 12 Years A Slave.
Lady Gaga should not be in the company of these fine and established actresses who deserve to be there. Gaga is a talented singer, she played a singer...she shouldn't be there. Its pretty insulting to the other actresses especially Rachel Weisz and Nicole Kidman who are talented in film
I don't agree, why can't she take part? Lady Gaga will most certainly be nominated for an Oscar and Rachel Weisz has not yet been nominated even though she has years more experience. It's OK to have a newcomer there.
Glenn Close is a married woman playing a married woman... no transformation at all, if she wins is just bcz she was in good movies in the past and they have pity for her
