This piece has a special meaning to me. It was my second encore piece as well as the last piece I ever played at Miam, I started and ended (for now) with Rachmaninoff, it has been an honor. I came across this beautiful prelude thanks to Dr. Josh Wright and then a week later my friend Robert who casually played at his house with such an ease that made me think "Oh this is such a beautiful and easy-sounding piece, I should learn it quickly". That was a huge underestimation by me, I still cannot play as I wish I could. Nikolai Lugansky plays this piece so perfectly.
First of all, big thanks to my dear professor Assoc. Prof. Jerfi Aji for tutoring me on this encore piece as well as my other recital program pieces. Thanks to Selçuk Ener who listened and gave insight on how to interpret some parts. Many thanks to Emre Tenker for recording and sound engineering. Also, thanks to Prof. Dr. Can Karadoğan for letting me use Miam's studio and this beautiful Steinway piano.

Aw, I like this prelude so much, it’s like floating away, the melody is ethereal, so enchanting! Wonderful rendition 👏🏻

Yes, everything is so beautiful, floating melody and then comes the motives like butterflies around, mysterious changes with major/minor keys... thank you so much 😊
