Met up with Sam (SirenJunkie2), and Drew (Midwest Sirens) for yet another thunderbolt.
So, Sam gave me a tip once that there is a place called Racine in WI that tests in alert and attack, and he said that he is going to this bolt, so I decided, why not and film it. I am for the first time ever listening to the tones here, because Sam and Drew brought their scanners over. Drew originally wanted to go to Dover for their rare Model 7B with Elliot (STM1_Sirens) but he couldn't go. Drew didn't want to film it alone, so he went to this bolt as well. This is located atop Fratt Elementary School, and Another thing is, Racine usually tests 1 minute alert in winter months, but as you see here, shortly after the Alert cancellation tones, some DTMF came through for the attack activation, so that was an amazing surprise! This bolt was sure enough very loud, just like the 1000T in Glenview, and is set on Chopper level 3. It also has a 6M blower. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this awesome thunderbolt!
Sirens in Racine are tested on the first Saturday of the month at 4 pm
