Sorry if I sound dumb, I just realized that if you put the Nissan Skyline 350 GT Coupe and modify the tail lights to the GT-R R35 and the Nissan GT-R R35 their almost the same car.

There's no cheat codes to unlock everything, but there is a game save on gamefaqs that is complete and has a ton of money.
