Racism is rooted in the law of equivalence of form and manifests in human nature as the directive we hate, and are suspicious of, anyone different from us. While we may agree on the surface that all people are equal, on the inside we can't help but feel anyone different from us remains remote and separate.
Racism exists in myriad forms, and looking into the topic sheds light on historical events and ideologies that have shaped our societies. From white supremacy and institutional racism to the devastating impacts of racial segregation and the ideologies behind Aryanism and the Nazi Party, looking into racism, human rights and philosophy show us ways we can understand society over history.
In addition, racism is also connected to dehumanization, colonialism, and the struggles faced by African Americans through American slavery and the civil rights movement. While there are pivotal moments in relation to racism, such as the Voting Rights Act and the Supreme Court's role in combating voter suppression, the complex intersections of racism and its influences on global history, society, and the ongoing fight for equality are best sought at their deepest root. That is where the wisdom of Kabbalah examines the topic of racism from.

If we feel safer and more comfortable within communities of our own Kin, it does NOT mean we hate the other Kins. It just means we feel more comfortable with groups that are more similar to us. We can still be friendly towards neighbours.

Many Europeans left Europe, from an area with people of their own origin. Yet they changed the laws to benefit only people of their origin, once they migrated elsewhere. Why did they permit the same sins on people of other origins, especially since this is what the ran away from??

@@dawnmcsweaney6521 only English settlers to North America claim they ran away from English laws and taxes - the rest simply had the desire to explore and settle in other parts of the World (starting with the Phoenicians). Those that went to America actually ended up creating laws and taxes to impose on themselves (as well as the locals) but still they are pretty much privileged in terms of rights and liberties. Anyway I think it’s fair to say that wherever Europeans make laws, the people under these laws benefit from a much higher degree of liberty and rights than in other cultures. I have nothing against other cultures (and appreciate the differences) but would you say Africans in Africa have more rights and liberties, or Muslims in Arab countries, or Chinese in China have more rights and liberties? Where do minorities and more rights and political representation? Let me know what you think are the nations that offer more rights and liberties in case I’m mistaken.

Laitman was absolutely right and ahead of his time when he said this. No matter how much we try to force people, via laws, advertisements, to see each other as equal/same, we do not feel this on a deep level. To change that from within requires much work in an environment of likemindness that shares the same goal of trying to rise above themselves, not just virtue signaling, holding hands and pretty slogans, forced diversity in media or work places as we see today, which has literally only made things even worse in the past decade.

Considering NATURE itself; racism could be natural in humans. Example: Lets just use plants. Studies show plants have consciousness on a chemical level. If two different species(not all) grow in the same pot or space they feud through not only root growth but, also chemical release from the leaves to maintain space for sun reception (photosynthesis) [...reasoning but I have other views] [cont..]

Maybe? We are tribal apes. Starts with the survival Me vs that, us vs them. If it's not Race/skin, Then it's my country vs your country, then it's my team vs your team, my right government vs your left government, My religion vs your religion, My belief vs your belief. My Stand point Vs your Stand point Which can be translated into, I will co operate with what is the same as me. Then we will compete against them to increase our chance of survival. Like attracts like to compete against that which is different = increase our chances of survival. It Is a Base Brain Program. It's time we upgrade our software but we need to acknowledge our base to do that. Maybe?

We can rise a above nature by being just and fair to all humanity, even those we don't like.

The question is this: Is God ok with me being racist? We all know the true answer to that question if we understand that God is LOVE and He wants us to imitate Him. There's human nature and there's God's nature which we are called to emulate.

Just a small detail that I am not completely okay with. We do not "hate" something or someone we do not know, but instead, most of the time, we will be frightened of it/him. Because we fear of unknown things. For instance native Americans were not hateful when Europeans came to their lands centuries ago but afraid of them, this little difference had be the cause of their doom.

No, they were systematically starved and murdered so that the Puritans could take their land and resources.

We have more in common than not in common. As a human species. We all experience, love, pain, growth all hace right of pasaages and even understand the significance of them when we take the he time to really think about. I think its just a change of perspective. Instead at the difference we look at the similarities. That oneness.

@dezpot What the teacher said is correct. Artificial ways will not work. I follow the teachings of India called Vedanta which means the end of knowledge. Vedanta teaches the Supreme Brahman is one with out a second.

Kabbalah deals with nothing outside of the norm, positive, negative, neutral. Everything that is wrong with our world is our own doing. It is our fear, pride and ignorance along with inaction in the face of these lies that allow this fraud to continue. I see you Typhon

@WorldCapitalBeats Suffering is the cause of Maya cosmic illusion which veils this oneness-Eka. Suffering is a direct cause of not knowing there is one reality undivided which is knowledge-love. Religions, none of them cannot solve the problem; they do not have the true wisdom to impart for the evolution of the soul.

[...cont] Know who the Babylonians were? The Egyptians, Sumerians, Lemurians, Atlantians, and beyond. These people he speaks of were highly advanced and spiritual, dealing with one another equally with an inner Knowing. The high tech that is hindering spiritual grown and communities today, then: Cell phones(Telepathy) Electricity(lay lines) Cars(HUman Flight) Medicine(Alchemy) Biology(Metaphysics) Religion(Mystery Systems) but they fell from grace? By God, no MAN taught racism and colonization!

Children are trained by very verbal racist parents. Other children model their behavior. But in an absence of racist commentary, children don't care about skin color.

What caused the first people to be racist? Nature, that's why. Tribalism is natural to help one identify a person of a different tribe. You grow scared and weary of them to protect your own people.

Spectonimous Would you call Native Americans racist? And Africans? Their tribal warfare wasn't racist...
@Spectonimous
@Spectonimous 10 лет назад
Yeah, it was. Light skin black people dislike dark skin black people. Native American tribes can probably see physical differences between other tribes that we cannot notice. I can see the difference between African Americans and Africans even though we're the same race. If I were to fight a war with them, I would be 85% sure that I'd kill the right guys Can you do the same?
@Doriesep6622

Spectonimous There were the same race. You are talking about tribalism. I am a teacher and I have seen little children don't care about race.
@Spectonimous
@Spectonimous 10 лет назад
Of course a student isn't overtly racist. If you're a teacher, I'm pretty sure you've seen students of a certain race sit together during lunch. It's not often to see mixing. I noticed it after my AP Psychology teacher pointed it out to us. It's because of tribalism which is similar to racism.
