Aloha, I’m a friend of Anau and she posted your video on FB. Thank you so much for sharing your heart, some history of racism, your own personal encounters with it, and what Jesus says about loving all people and desiring equity and justice especially for the oppressed. Beautiful!
Yes girl preach! For YEARS people have been silenced and mistreated simply because of the color of the skin and if others ignore that, they're part of the problem. My heart breaks for those affected personally that fear for their own lives and families over this.
Love this powerful vlog on many levels!! Thanks for putting this together sis. I wish you went on a bit more about us minorities reaping the benefits of the African American's long and hard work, cause many of our people are ignorant to that. I teared up throughout. Such a sensitive time, yet there's hope. Thank you
What a great Vlog! I love the historical facts. What moves me most is your obvious conviction. I, too, know this same pain. I’m not but after spending my formative to adult years in a community predominantly Black|African American, being so close to the pain yet immersed as I can’t possibly know. Thank you for being you. I’m so proud to call you my sister.
Thanks for sharing and I totally agree with the comments below. We hope you guys are staying safe and blessed family! Racism is confusion with those individuals and comes from their upbringing. No one is born a racist but taught and or follows... I hear you Caroline and agree
