I do agree that micro aggression should not exist in any work place, but it happens because of a lot of things not just one race. That's what I meant by kinda ''normal'' with all the deadlines, frustration and so on. Which is an issue don't get me wrong, but in her mind she just assumed there would be because of white people so she decided not to hire them at all which is weird.
