In celebration of the 25th anniversary of Pokemon, I made a RAD compilation of 90s Pokemon commercials and some bumpers! I did have to re-edit this a few times and take out some pretty cool commercials due to some copyright issues. I hope you enjoy!

I found one of those in my collection around two years ago. I have no idea where I got it since I started collecting during Gen 3, but it's now in a hard case. Not 1st Edition, but still nice.

Wow.This makes me feel REALLY old because I remember seeing most of these commercials. I also remember the commercial for Red and Blue on the bus being on several of the home videotapes I had.

I love every generation up to 6. I just don't feel that magic with the later gens. Then again, it may just be a symptom of getting older.

2:20 It was this commercial that made me give Pokémon a chance. Why? Of all Pokémon, it was because I liked Bellsprout. 🤣 Ridiculous, I know! I remember someone asking me what my favorite was back in 8th grade and trying to describe Bellsprout and they had no idea what I was talking about.

Pokémon used to have balls. I wish Pokémon was still "the shit" I wish Pokémon was this much of a huge phenomenon again. Things looked so much more grand and more extreme back then. I wish Pokémon felt larger than life like how it did in the 90s and 2000s.

Best marketing franchise idea of our time. They had me willingly hand in all my free time, allowence and birthday/christmas wishes back in 1998 and i still cant walk in to a toystore today in 2023 without half of the store beeing pilled up with Pokemon. 12th generation flying swords and stick formed pokemon all over the place and they still arent sick of it..

I do remember kids WB AND fox kids on kids WB Pokémon came on Saturdays at 10am and 10:30am the 90s was the best and I’m 36years old now I still like Pokémon I just download pokemon scarlet on my Nintendo Switch a few days ago but pokemon hits me different not the same feeling I had when I was a kid I was born in 1987 on 7/14 pokemon was everywhere and this is comein from a 36year old guy

I had a sense Pokémon was going to be huge for decades to come. That's why my company bought thousands of booster boxes back in '99 (yes, the shadowless era), and put them away for storage. Now I'm a millionaire.. Thanks Game Freak
