Part one of two; I only filmed a lot because I hadn't seen a Volvo in a while, no less from RAD. It was especially odd seeing this and the old Pete Starr in Queen Creek because they require newer vehicles, which is why usually you will see the conventional Petes tackling the town. Thanks to the great operator, he was really cool. Apologies that the video is not very fast paced, lol. Please note that this was filmed at a time when they could not process recycling due to Covid, so they were mixing waste streams for a short time.
